When do Black Friday deals begin?

Black Friday typically falls on the last Friday of November each year. But here at Strength Shop, we like to treat our customers early! 

That's why our sale officially kicks off at 9am CET on Wednesday 12 November with our Early Black Friday Sale!🥳

🎁Note: we will place a large number of items on sale, Monday 17 November. That’s one to watch out for!

When do your Black Friday deals end?

The sale is live for 3 weeks until Monday 1 December. During that time we'll keep adding more products on offer. 

Deals will vary, so check our site regularly for updates and new offers! 

When are the best deals coming?

We will have over 500 items on discount! 😱 From racks to barbells, and bumper plates to support kit and accessories!

For each item, we have a limited amount of stock that will be sold at a discounted price. What we can say is that once a product’s price is reduced on the Black Friday Deals page, it will not be reduced further - this is the time to grab it!

Will new promotions be added throughout the sale period or can I shop all the discounts right away?

You heard it here first! New products will be added almost every weekday, so you’ll want to be signed up to our newsletter and follow our socials for updates on new discounts added to the site.

Can I combine Black Friday deals with other discount codes?

Black Friday offers are exclusive and cannot be combined with other discount codes. However, if you add items to your cart that are not on sale, a discount may still apply to those items.

How long will products stay in my cart during the sale?

Adding items to your cart secures your selection, but we recommend checking out promptly to avoid missing out due to high demand.

How long will shipping take once I've ordered from the Black Friday sale?

We know you’ll be excited to get your order, so we always aim to get it out as soon as possible. Shipping times may be extended during this high-traffic period, but our warehouse crew is working hard to fulfil orders as quickly as possible - we’ll always aim to have orders shipped within a maximum of 7 working days (Monday-Friday) of it being placed. 

Please allow up to 7 extra days for shipping around the Black Friday Sale (on top of the time frame stated at checkout) and only contact our customer support team after that. 

Given the nature of our products (✊🏾 heavy items), shipping can take a bit longer than usual. Our warehouse crew will literally get a pump fulfilling your orders 🤗

Can I return items purchased during the Black Friday sale?

Of course! We have an industry-leading 100-day return policy (which we’re pretty damn proud of)! That gives you 100 days after receiving your sales items to request a return. For further details, please visit our Returns Page.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you need assistance or wish to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with our dedicated support team via Support | Strength Shop.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Is there a warranty on Black Friday purchases?

Will the new MRR Racks range be on special offer?

Yes, the MRR Rack range will be on special offer during Black Friday. We’re releasing some exciting new additions to the range this November, make sure to be on the watch out!

An item I purchased has gone on discount now, can I get a refund for the difference?

We understand how disappointing it can be if you just made a purchase and the items you bought subsequently go on discount. We typically do not offer price adjustments or refunds for the difference since stock availability can't be guaranteed during busy sales periods - the price you paid ensures you have secured the item. We also don’t hold discounted prices for future purchases. You can always contact our support team to get specific feedback about your case and we will do our best (with no guarantee) to find a satisfactory solution.

Can I get a custom quote with the Black Friday offers?

In short, the Black Friday offers apply to website purchases only, they aren’t valid on individual quotes.

This is the one time of year where if you’re ordering a large amount (5,000€+) of products, you’ll likely get a better offer ordering directly on our website than through a custom quote.

We would be happy to work with you in setting up or expanding your gym however during the 3 weeks of Black Friday our Support & Sales team will be focusing on servicing the needs of all customers, so quotes and planning help may be delayed until after this period.

What does “FLASH SALE” mean?

If you see the “FLASH SALE” badge: don’t sleep on it. That means lifters are buying it fast, and available stock’s running low. You’ll spot the badge both on the product page and in the listings.

What’s does “DEAL EXPIRED” mean?

When you see “DEAL EXPIRED”, that product had a Black Friday deal that’s already been cleared out. You can still grab it at regular price (if it’s still in stock) - but the Black Friday discount has been fully claimed.

How do I know how much stock is left?

On many products we’ll show you a progress bar indicating the % stock left at a discounted price or time left for the offer. That’s your cue to move quickly before it gets to 0.

How long do Black Friday deals last?

Deals run until the end of the Black Friday sale or until stock runs out (whichever hits first). Some of the popular items sell out in hours, so if you see a badge, it’s go time.

Can I still get a deal after it says “DEAL EXPIRED”?

Once the deal’s gone, it’s gone. We might restock or run something similar later, but no promises. Best bet: be quick when you see it live.

Why do some products have badges and others don’t?

Badges will show up automatically based on live sales and stock levels. If you don’t see one, it just means there’s plenty left (for now).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or cancelled after you placed an order. Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form using the subject "Live order change request", and we'll see what we can do.

Can I combine multiple orders I purchased?

If you placed multiple orders, we cannot combine them unfortunately. Each order will be shipped separately.

How long will it take me to hear back from Customer Support during the Black Friday sale?

We completely understand that you might have a few more questions for our Customer Support Team during the Black Friday sale. We always aim to respond to all customer enquiries within 24 hours. But, with savings so BIG, things are bound to get busy. Rest assured, we’ll be working around the clock to make sure we can get back to you in a maximum of 48 hours.
