The approx. 6.5cm long contact surface and the relatively flat hook make it easier to rack the barbell.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eTwo different sizes: 60mm and 75mm\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe two different sizes each fit the corresponding upright dimensions. So, the 60mm J-Hooks fits all our 60mm x 60mm and the 75mm J-Hooks fit all our 75mm x 75mm rigs and cages.
