Size Guide
To determine your belt size, wrap a measuring tape or string around your waist at the intended belt position, using your navel as a reference point. Make sure to measure while wearing your typical workout clothes. Pull the string tight and brace your core as you would when lifting. Measure the circumference and match it to the sizing chart.
The belt should fit tightly to be effective.
