Power Rope 15m Heavy Duty Sled Pull & Training Rope
Pairs well with:
Pull harder. Go further. The Strength Shop Power Rope is built for the kind of conditioning work that actually shows up in performance — sled drags, resisted sprints, heavy rows, and everything in between.
Fifteen metres of 38 mm Dacron polyester gives you the weight, thickness, and durability for heavy training loads. The rubber grip at the handle end keeps your hands locked in when the going gets tough, while the steel U-bar and heavy-duty carabiner at the other end clip to the sled — or any other anchor — in seconds. Fray-resistant construction means it handles repeated outdoor sessions, rough surfaces, and hard use without falling apart.
Clip it to the Power Sled and get to work.

FAQ
What exercises can I do with the Power Rope?
The Power Rope is built around sled training but it's a serious conditioning tool in its own right. Hook it to your Power Sled for forward drags — loading the posterior chain, glutes, and hamstrings with every step. Flip it to facing pulls for seated or standing sled rows that hammer the upper back and biceps. Use it for resisted sprints to build explosive speed under load, or slow it down for heavy backward sled drags that torch the quads. You can also run partner tug-of-war drills for competitive conditioning work, or attach it to a fixed point for standing or kneeling rope pulls that challenge grip, core, and full-body pulling strength. At 15 m, there's enough length to get serious work done without running out of runway.
What makes it different from a standard training rope?
The 38 mm Dacron polyester body gives it the thickness and weight needed for real sled work — it's not a lightweight conditioning rope. The rubber grip at the handle end keeps your hands locked in under fatigue, while the steel U-bar and heavy-duty carabiner at the attachment end connect securely to the sled or any other anchor point. The fray-resistant construction keeps it performing like new session after session.
What sled does it work with?
It's designed for the Strength Shop Power Sled and attaches via the included heavy-duty carabiner. It will also work with any sled that has a standard attachment point.
How long is it and is that enough?
15 metres — long enough for full sled pull runs in a standard gym or garage setup. That gives you a solid working distance in either direction before you need to reset.
Is it suitable for indoor and outdoor use?
Yes. Dacron polyester handles moisture and abrasion well, making it suitable for both indoor gym floors and outdoor turf or tarmac surfaces.
How do I care for it?
Rinse off any dirt or grit after outdoor use and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. Store coiled or hung — avoid leaving it compressed under other equipment for extended periods.
