I had an issue with the buckle and they fixed it immediately, 10/10 customer service!! Also the belt is very sturdy (which i like) but doesn't dig in your ribs, really good quality

Lever Belt Size Guide
To determine your belt size, wrap a measuring tape or string around your waist at the intended belt position, using your navel as a reference point. Make sure to measure while wearing your typical workout clothes. Pull the string tight and brace your core as you would when lifting. Measure the circumference and match it to the sizing chart.
The belt should fit tightly to be effective.

What’s the benefit of a lever belt?
In general, lifting belts are designed to provide additional support to your spine by increasing intra-abdominal pressure. They’re not a substitute for proper technique, but they generally help athletes lift more and may prevent injury. Unlike single and double-prong belts, lever belts are adjusted when you first use them (instead of each time you put them on). This means you can take the belt off and on very quickly with the same settings.
Should I choose the 10mm or 13mm Lever Belt?
Both belts will provide a large amount of support. The only difference is that the 13mm has more material and is a bit thicker. This leads to a slightly stiffer feel. If you’re a beginner or haven’t used a belt before, you might find a 10mm belt is more comfortable. The 13mm belt provides more support, but that might be unnecessary if you’re not lifting very heavy loads.

Modern and slick design. Easy to adjust, easy to put on, easy to move heavy weight. The only downflaw is the shipping which kind of messed up the belt slightly. Please ship it either in a larger box or put it the same way you'd put a belt around your waist.

Der Gürtel ist sehr hart, aber das ist wünschenswert. Er verwindet sich in keinster Weise. Nach ein paar Trainingseinheiten passt er sich der Mittelpartie an. Speziell bei schweren Kniebeugen mit Bandagen und/oder Kniebeugeanzug, ist der zusätzliche Support sofort zu bemerken.

Loved the new belt! I don't know why I never switched to a lever belt sooner. Saves a lot of time, no more having to use the rack or door to get a tight belt. I definitely recommend this product especially for powerllifing movements. I got the 13mm XXL. I was doing heavy singles of 515lbs on deadlifts with the open trap bar in the video.
Great texture. I keep the belt wrapped tightly after sessions to keep it ready for the next workout day. Short torso but is still a great fit with correct placement of the clip. I have the 3” and 4” version of this belt now and they both are great to train with.
