Need a change of perspective? Gravity boots are designed for just this purpose.

Hanging from an upside-down position, otherwise known as inversion therapy, allows for the rehabilitation of the spine and other joints in the body. In essence, you are using your own bodyweight to stretch and decompress from your ankles down to your head. In addition to passive hanging, gravity boots can be used for active exercises to strengthen your back and abdominals.

The boots are fitted with comfortable but firm foam padding which is then latched into place around your ankles and secured with a safety catch. Solid steel hooks on the front attach to most standard sized pull-up bars. Once fastened on, these boots are very stable and can withstand a maximum load of 150KG.

How these work:
1) Strap the boots around your ankles and make sure that they are fastened in place using the safety catch
2) Maneuver the hooks on the boots onto the pull-up bar. (Tip: if you're struggling to get the boots on the bar, you can also use the help of a resistance band to give yourself a boost)
3) Hang loose!

Specifications:
- Use for strengthening and stretching the back and abdominal muscles
- Universal sizing
- Incl. safety lock and foam padding
- Steel hooks for attaching to a standard size bar (approx 30mm)
- Total weight: 1.7KG

Solid construction

The boot is a solid construction, it does what it is designed for. The opening is a bit larger than my ankle, some recommended to wear shoes while using it. so you do not have to flex your tibia that much to stay in position. Bulky, heavy, reliable, I'm ~90 kg and had no issues so far.

Solid product, does its job

Bought these looking for a way to relief some back pain (L3-L4 bulge) and boy it does sure work.
Initally its very odd hanging upside down, so i fully recomend using the strap sent with the boots to help you up. Tie it on the bar and hold on to it.

Start slowly and build up. Im up to 10 sets of 1 min everyday. Feels amazing.

Product is affordable and well built, feels very secure. Im around 100kg btw.
Tends to slide a little if you are too sweaty (which is normal) so i recommend using some shoesw while on it, otherwise you may feel a bit too much pressure on the ankle.

10/10 product, totally recomend

Dies what it has to do, but should have some rubber coating over the metal hooks, as steel on steel has damaged my pull up bar a bit. Put some duck tape over the hooks fixed the issue however

GOOD FOR BEYOND DEAD-HANG DECOMPRESSION

They arrived quicker because they were lighter than the bench I ordered some weeks ago, so thats nice. They feel super solid and secure, since they have a double security system. For using them with a good pull up bar (dont use door pull up bars, thats dangerous), just do a toes to bar motion and let your body loosen. If you manage to relax your legs and abs muscles, the spine and blood flow feel awesome. I like doing anterioir and posterioir pelvic tilt moves with my pelvis for furthter decompression. And I gotta tell you, you CANNOT decompress your spine as much with just a dead hang, compared to gravity boots inversion (havent tried doing reverse hypers yet). It might be interesting, when you let yourselft get loose, having your hands touch a bench or the floor for even further relaxation of the abs muscles. For \exiting\ the position
