I bought the Neoprene Knee Sleeves about a month ago and have been using them roughly twice a week. I feel ready to share my first impressions. While I can’t give a long-term review yet, that would require at least a year of use, I can offer a reliable opinion after several training sessions. I’m a bodybuilder, not a powerlifter, but I do two squat sessions per week. I’ve tried sleeves from non-professional brands before, and the difference with these is noticeable. With a real 7 mm thickness, they provide excellent support for the knee joint. My knee circumference is 38 cm, and I went with size L, which fits well. Putting them on is a bit tight on my calves and quads, but once on, the comfort and stability are excellent. After around ten sessions, they haven’t lost any elasticity or rigidity and show only minor signs of wear. I recommend letting them dry inside out and always storing them in the ventilated bag provided by Strength Shop to keep them in top condition.
