Included Equipment

Pro Competition Combo Rack V2
A 2-in-1 squat and bench rack designed to IPF specifications. The single-pin upright adjustment system allows fast height changes, while numbered uprights, magnetic pins and integrated safeties make setup straightforward and secure. The flat bench can also be detached and used independently.

Riot Bastard Power Bar – Calibrated Nickel, 20kg
An IPF-approved competition power bar with a 29mm shaft, 220cm overall length and calibrated weight tolerance of ±50g. Sharp 1.2mm diamond knurling, centre knurl and 81cm IPF markings provide grip and consistent positioning for squats, bench presses and deadlifts.

Calibrated Competition Plates – IPF Approved
Precision-calibrated steel plates with a maximum weight tolerance of ±10g per plate. Their slim profile allows more weight to be loaded onto the bar, while standard IPF colour coding makes each weight easy to identify.

Calibrated Competition Collars – IPF Approved
A pair of solid steel 2.5kg competition collars calibrated to +10/-0g. The two-stage fastening system provides a secure hold against the plates, while the internal metal protection ring helps protect the barbell sleeves.
