Single Piece Casting
Our kettlebells are cast in one single pour, rather than welding or gluing sepatate halves or handles. No fillers, plastic components, caps, plugs or coatings – just pure cast iron through and through.

Unbeatable Durability
Unlike some of the competition, we have never had a cracked handle or broken kettlebell, even under the hardest abuse of commercial gyms and strongman training.

Rugged Black Powder Coating
Matte black powder coating is tough and looks even tougher. The scratches and dents which can occur over time do not radically damage the coating. Unlike lacquer, enamel or plastic, damage will never spread and the finish will never chip away in big pieces. The coloured markings on the handle help you to quickly differentiate between the kettlebell weights.

HISTORY:

In the late 20th century, Soviet science verified that repetition kettlebell lifting is one of the best tools for all around physical development.

A study observed two groups of college students over a period of a few years:

A standard battery of armed forces physical training tests was used which included the following: pullups, a standing broad jump, a 100 meter sprint, and a 1 k run. The control group followed the typical university physical fitness training program which was military oriented and emphasized the listed exercises. The experimental group just lifted kettlebells. No other training of any kind.

In spite of the lack of practice on the tested drills listed above, the kettlebell training group showed better scores in every one of them.

Lieferung erfolgte rasch und super-zuverlässig, Verpackung tip top. Die Kettlebell gehört jetzt zu meinem regelmäßigen Workout-Repertoire. Gusseisen ist ein top Material für eine Kettlebell, sie liegt prima in der Hand, sieht durch das japanische Zeichen total stylisch aus und ich trainiere super gerne damit. Da ich Kettlebell-Einsteigerin bin, bin ich natürlich noch lange nicht beim Endgewicht angelangt. Die nächst höhere Gewichtsklasse werde ich ganz sicher mit einer weiteren Kettlebell von Strength in Angriff nehmen.

Zur Kettlebell gibt es nichts weiter zu sagen, einfach ein perfektes Teil. Die Verpackung ist vorbildlich, die Lieferung durch die Spedition etwas langsam, (es ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß, dass eine Lieferung aus Norddeutschland nach Österreich über zwei Wochen dauert!)

What can I say guys! I am beyond impressed with your products. They are exactly what I was looking for. The quality is absolutely excellent, could not have made it better. The kettlebell I ordered is sturdy, not slippery and honestly, a pretty good price. I like the pink mark on the 8kg one haha, makes it a bit more girly for me. I want to show endless appreciation for your Customer Service team, Valentina sorted out all the separate issues DHL brought with them in Spain. Everything as expected, 36Kb kettlebell. The handle feels a bit rougher than the 32Kg handle I own, but that might be because I used a lot the 32Kg already and it got a bit more slippery. In any case it feels good to have such a rough handle, an extra help on top of the chalk. The KB came with some dirt that you can see in the video, the box was severely damaged when it arrived. I guess the delivery service pushed it through the floor instead of raising it. I can't blame strength shop for that. I just take it as another reason why you should be strong for life, you don't know what challenges you'll have to face in your everyday life, the guy that delivered the KB was exausted and definitelly didn't expect to have to carry such a weight that day, neither was he prepared for that. Great purchase, can't wait to own this weight and proceed to the next one, will definitily purchase more of these in the future.
