Plate Loadable Adjustable Kettlebell Swing

Absolutely what I wanted - a kettlebell-like thing for swings, etc. that I can load with different weights. Strong and solid construction and sleek black look.

Well made, sturdy, but not too heavy loadable kettlebell. Others comment about the handle being too wide to swing between your legs but you can just hold the kettlebell with the handle lengthwise so no problem.
Before I always just did higher reps with lower weights but a heavy kettlebell swing is just different and irreplaceable because it’s a higher percentage of your bodyweight you’re swinging around which shifts your center of gravity during the exercise.

Does the job

Es ist eine stabile Konstruktion mit der man gut Schwünge durchführen kann. Drücken, Reißen, Umsetzen wie mit einer Kettlebell wird eher schwer, da einen dann die Platten erwischen. Aber für Schwünge toll und bis jetzt 70kg ohne Probleme getestet und mehr sollten auch bedenkenlos gehen.

It’s a nice piece of equipment but the handle is a little bit too wide. If you’re interested in something to use like a carry they’re awesome!
