To determine your belt size, wrap a measuring tape or string around your waist at the intended belt position, using your navel as a reference point. Make sure to measure while wearing your typical workout clothes. Pull the string tight and brace your core as you would when lifting. Measure the circumference and match it to the sizing chart.
The belt should fit tightly to be effective.

What’s the benefit of a lever belt?
Lifting belts are made to support your spine by increasing pressure in your core. By using a belt, you increase the intra-abdominal pressure in your body– meaning you can lift more weight and help prevent injuries. However, it’s not a replacement for proper lifting technique.
Unlike belts with one or two prongs, lever belts only need to be adjusted the first time you use them. This makes it faster and easier to put on and take off the belt without fiddling with the prongs each time.
Should I choose the 10mm or 13mm Lever Belt?
Both belts offer substantial support. The main difference is that the 13mm belt has extra material, making it slightly thicker and offering slightly more support. If you're a beginner or haven't used a lifting belt before, you might find the 10mm belt more comfortable.

I already had same belt, bought it 5 years ago. Last year I got back into weights again and I needed one size up (until I get back to my best weight). So I bought next size, and the buckle I already have. I dont think I'll need more because it seems indestructible 😄

The belt fits perfectly. It does not bite the skin and is soft on the edges. I had used a different belt from a different brand, and that was the issue. It was biting the skin because the edges were not so soft. This one i perfect.

The belt is well made, looks and works great! The only flaw is in the buckle, which opens up too easily if there's not enough tension in the belt. If worn with the right tightness tough, it won't come loose.

Really good belt, has a nice personality touch to it by choosing even the lever colours etc. Doesn't have any problems to apply or change sizes
Leider ist der Gürtel nach einem Jahr kaputt gegangen. Auf den Bildern sieht man wie der Gürtel aufgrund der Verformung nicht mehr richtig schließt. Zudem ist relativ schnell die Farbe vom Verschluß abgeblättert und es kam Rost zum Vorschein. Eigentlich gefiel mir der Gürtel insgesamt sehr gut, aber nur 1 Jahr Haltbarkeit ist mir zu wenig. Edit: Ich wurde vom Support kontaktiert und der Gürtel wurde ersetzt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
