Firm grip – Heavy duty Manila climbing rope

Rope climbing is a full-body venture. Strength, coordination and endurance will bring you up and down the rope – but it's just also a lot of fun, 4.5m above the ground. Tightly twisted and made from Manila fibres, this rope is very grippy. The wider diameter of 50mm makes this rope super durable and trains your grip strength on top of it. The benefit of the extra thick rope material is that it is very resistant and tough.

Ideal for rigs and ceilings

The Manila fibre climbing rope can be attached to rigs or ceilings. A black eyelet, securely screwed into the rope, can be easily anchored onto the desired place. The sealed rope end will prevent unravelling of the rope and this adds to the longevity of the rope structure. Manila fibres contract when wet. We recommend installing this rope indoors only. 

For a balanced grip strength training, add the Expand-Your-Hand Bands in a set of five different levels of resistance.

High quality versatile "battle rope"

It is incredible to train with, not just for climbing but for any kind of hanging, pulling exercise. It allows a natural grip that also trains your forearms when doing pull-ups (biceps or lats), hanging push-ups with reverse grip, assisted squats or one-handed rope pulling with weights, one end attached to the Lat attachment cable. Excellent for finishing a back training. also use it for helping myself up (cheating) at the end of a heavy squat, femural rises or abs exercises. Its length is perfect for warping around & over a Riot Cage, so the two ends hang down securely to the sides to be grabbed, without touching the ground.They also provide decent weight around your torso during dips\/pull-ups, without chafing you like chains would.The material is strong yet relatively soft, comfortable to grab without being too \squishy\
