The Strength Shop Light Wrist Wraps help provide stability and support to your wrists, without sacrificing mobility. They come in two lengths – 30cm or 60cm. A shorter length wrap offers less support but is faster to get on and is less restrictive. A longer length provides more support for heavy lifts. They come with a 5cm velcro to secure the wrist wrap as well as a thumb loop.

For a middle-ground option, offering both support and suppleness, consider our Medium Wrist Wraps. If more support and rigidity are your priority, Heavy Wrist Wraps might be more suitable for your training needs.

How do I care for my Light Wrist Wraps?
To maintain the quality of your Light Wrist Wraps, hand wash them in cool water using a gentle detergent. After washing, gently press out any excess water and allow them to air dry flat. Avoid using bleach and refrain from machine drying.
