Steel camber bar attachments are compatible with any Olympic style barbell and suited for Olympic style plates. These attachments will take some pressure off your shoulders, but also create a slight swing that forces you to stabilise the weight and improve overall form.

Ideal for setups with limited space, these are great tools to add variety into your barbell training.

These attachments make the plates sit 42cm lower than standard.

Ottimo compromesso per trasformare il bilancere in una cambered bar ,se usato per fare squat rinforza il core e si impara ad avere maggiore stabilità in panca aiuta nel controllo del bilancere se non si vuole spendere grosse cifre per una cambered è un ottimo compromesso le consiglio👍

Buona fattura e funzionalità. Testato ieri assieme a una Fat Bar comprata sempre su strenght shop. Unica accortezza, la vite di testa può rovinare il bilanciere. Il prodotto potrebbe esser migliorato inserendo una lamina interna come fatto per i loro collari.

Military Press im Keller Gym

Ich liebe mein Keller Gym - lediglich Military Press im Stehen war bisher nicht möglich. Ich habe mir immer gewünscht, dass die Deckenhöhe 10cm höher wäre, dann wäre mein Gym perfekt.
Dank dieser Aufsätze hier wurde mein Problem nun gelöst. Ich kann jetzt Overhead Press im Stehen machen, und nun bin ich rundum zufrieden. :) Für Kniebeugen und Bankdrücken werde ich die Aufsätze demnächst auch mal testen, aber in erster Linie habe ich sie mir wirklich gekauft um mein Problem mit der Deckenhöhe zu lösen. Verarbeitung, Lackierung und Anmutung sind einwandfrei.
