Strength Shop's tacky is a great lifting aid, when it comes to atlas stones. Like with lifting straps in other exercises, you want to focus on the lift itself and not so much worry about losing your grip, right? Lifting stones of any kind is an ultimate test of strength, explosive speed and endurance. With the use of Strength Shop's tacky, you increase the grip to the surface and therefore improve the pickup and loading of the atlas stone, allowing you to primarily focus on the lift.

The characteristic yellow colour comes from the main ingredient: pine resin. The autumn formula is our versatile standard blend that can be used for most temperature ranges. It remains pliable without having to heat it up, making it easy to apply. The autumn blend is an easy to work with tacky, that is ideal for training as well as competitions.
