This belt keeps the lower back warm and aids in stabilizing it during lifts and can help to ease and relieve pressure and back pain. So if chronic and/or intense back pain is bothering you and holding you back, this support can help with that. 

Support and Comfort for your sport

A large velcro patch with an elastic strap guarantees a secure and firm fit, without any loosening during training. Splints in back of the belt add an extra layer of support allowing you to brace into the belt and therefore stabilize your spine for extra protection. The belt is generally suitable for many strength sports, from bodybuilding to stron(wo)man, as it supports without much restriction of movement and additionally keeps the lower back warm due to the neoprene material. With 7mm thick neoprene, this model provides additional stability compared to the 5mm version.

You can increase the support, by layering it with lifting belts, making it a kind of under-belt. There are also extra loops to connect the two belts. This method is ideal for heavy training in particular. Check out the range of various lifting belts for you to combine with this back support.

Great back support

Amazing belt

Although I’m new in the sport of strongman I used to do CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting on an amateur level I have tried different belts and support accessories. With the 7mm neoprene belt I finally found the stability and security that I was looking. It also keeps the whole area really warm in order to maximise weight capacity. The store was easy to navigate and quick on postal. Would like to have some more info on sizes in order to reduce risk of blind shopping. Overall it can be a first go to option!!!

Comfy

I first purchased the XL version, but it was still a bit roomy when closing it all the way. I now bought also the L version and it sits much tighter and better. But the XL i keep for wearing when working out in the winter and having multiple layers of clothing (outside homegym is not so a blessing when it freezes outside).
