Customer photo review of Reverse Hyper Machine

I'm 38, have been sitting behind a PC for multiple decades, and my lower back hurts to the point it's sometimes hard to sleep at night with a trapped nerve. I say that in case someone can relate. This year I decided to get a bit more serious about health and the gym again. I made a list of my existing equipment, my goals, and my issues (back), fed it to ChatGPT, and got recommendations on what I need to achieve these goals. ChatGPT made me aware of the Reverse Hyper and its use in rehab for lower back issues. I searched around and found that Strength Shop had a highly recommended device, and that they ship here as well (EU, Estonia). I was on a budget and split between a power rack or the Reverse Hyper. I decided on the Hyper, with health, potentially painless days, and well-being taking priority. The only issue was that my wife had been increasingly against me hoarding gym equipment in the living room. The Reverse Hyper is beautiful though. I'd just have in kitchen, but women... So this year I worked tirelessly for several months to set up a garage basement gym on a budget to accommodate it all. It’s humble, corners were cut, and friends tell me the cost doesn't compare to many years of a commercial gym, but then again most gyms don’t have such an amazing device. That alone justifies the effort! Besides it's a family gym. This particular Reverse Hyper machine is premium quality and very well made. I’m tall (1.96 m) and have no comfort issues using it whatsoever. The branding and design are excellent and much appreciated. It feels really good when using it, almost massage-like. Most importantly, in combination with a few other exercises, after about a month of use I can honestly say that I now very often have pain-free days and nights. Overall the pain has greatly subsided, and I can focus more on the daily grind. It’s still early days, and I don’t expect to undo 20+ years of damage in a few weeks, but the device is incredible and I’ll just keep doing my best to stay consistent. I write this review to say thank you to Strength Shop for all of the reasons above and then some. Also in case someone else comes across this and has similar back issues, maybe this is the solution that will help you too. Sorry for the long read. Thank you!

Brilliant bit of kit Really well made bit of kit. Picked it up in the sale and really glad I did. Very heavy, superb quality as normal and super smooth action. My only complaint would be the "instructions". I use that term loosely as it's an exploded drawing in super small font and a parts list. Rest is work it out yourself... Also to make it even more fun, every single nut and bolt is just in a single plastic bag rather than being labelled or grouped. Other than that, it's brilliant. Really good to use and feels good in the lower back. Shipping and service from Strength Shop was brilliant as always - kept up to date at all times with delivery right up to it arriving at my door.

Reverse Hyper Machine

Really Good bit of kit So i bought a reverse hyper cause of problem's with my pelvis and lower back useing it is helping and i'm slightly adicted to useing it, it really feel's good to do a twisting crossed leg arm lock after doing a set, very good improvement's.

Reverse Hyper Machine

I lift heavy bags in my room, and use this as warm-up and sometimes after the lifting. Prevents lower back problems. I use four 50x50 training mats from strengthshop with it. Instructions were included, no problem putting it together. I'm happy, making great progress. A pair of 20kg plates is a good starter for the average guy, may be all you need.
