Easy and precise barbell adjustment

The characteristic of these J-Hooks are the sliding elements of the barbell shelf. The robust rollers made of hard rubber make it possible to balance the bar in the rack without having to lift the bar itself. Especially with heavy loads, this can be a handy help to make the set-up much easier. With approx. 3kg per j-hook, they are also firmly anchored in the rig or rack due to their own weight.

Roller Styles: regular and guided

The plastic inserts can alternatively be replaced with a guided version of the rollers. With the guided version, the cylinder tapers towards the centre. This means that the barbell is positioned automatically in the centre and is relatively fixed by its own weight, so the movement of the barbell to the front or back is being reduced. The default version of the Roller J-Hooks are the standard flat roller inserts. The guided version can be added from the menu.

Flat Roller Exchange Inserts (Pair)

Replacement flat rollers for the Roller J-Hooks. The standard flat roller design keeps the barbell rolling freely across the full width of the insert, with no centring force — ideal if you prefer to position the bar yourself. Sold in pairs.

Two different sizes: 60mm and 75mm

The two different sizes each fit the corresponding upright thickness. The 60mm J-Hooks fit all our 60mm x 60mm and the 75mm J-Hooks fit all our 75mm x 75mm rigs and cages. The forward facing bolt makes it easy to adjust to the desired height, and the UHWM plates protect the surface of the racks and rigs.

Pretty heavy and looking good from a first glance, but there're few disadvantages I wanted to share: - if you put a weight more than 100 kg - the rollers don't really spin well, I needed to apply some lubricant in order to make them spin (especially with guided roller) So if you don't notice - you can wear off the rollers for a couple of weeks - If you put weight less than 100kg and it happens that the bar is moved from side to side - one J-Hook is always tries to unattach from the power cage, because there's not enough pressure to hold the J-Hook (very unfortunate they don't have a stopper on the back)

Tolerance isn't that good and they swivel lightly, but they work as they should anyway. If they had some sort of pin they would be much better. Overall nice product. Edit: After almost a year roller is completely shredded and guide roller is just bad. Should be option to buy straight roller instead of this garbo
