Unfortunately we currently can not offer pickups from our warehouse.

  • Within Germany shipments will usually arrive within 2-3 business days. 
  • Outside Germany please allow 3-6 business days for a package to arrive. 
  • Handling times are usually between 1-3 days.

You will get a notification email once the order has been shipped.

We currently ship packages using UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping / UPS Express (order until 1pm and get it the next day) for extremely quick deliveries and DB Schenker for pallets. 

We also support DHL and "Packstations" within Germany. Please don't forget to add your "Postnummer" if you want to use "Packstations".

You will receive an email with all the tracking information, after your order has been shipped (please also check your spam folder). 

You can also find the tracking information in your customer account in the order history, if you registered during checkout.

Heavy orders, usually those above 150kg, must be shipped on pallets. They will be delivered to your address/curbside. If you want it delivered, for example, to your flat on the 3rd floor, backyard or similar, please reach out to our support team before placing your order. This service must be booked separately and also has an impact on the shipping costs.

If your order has already been shipped you will have to send back the items for a refund using the return form that can be downloaded here: Return Form 

  • Yes you can place an order as a business customer by entering your VAT during registration .
    Please be aware. that your billing address must match your registered VAT address otherwise we will not be able to process your order until corrected.
  • If you want to become a Strength Shop reseller or dropshipper please get in touch with our support .

We send out pdf invoices for all of our orders after shipment to the email provided by you.

All exchanges/returns must be sent back to us within 100 working days of receipt of goods and in new condition. 

Please use the original packaging, when returning an article and always include the return form with your name, the order number, and stating whether you wish a refund or an exchange.
