Weighted dips are an absolutely brilliant upper body exercise, forcing mass and strength gains across the whole chest-shoulder-arm region.
By uniquely targeting otherwise neglected muscle groups, this compound exercise simulataneously increases both maximum strength and range of motion. This makes weighted dips not only a valuable excercise in their own right, but excellent accessory training for both weightlifting and powerlifting exercises from snatches to bench press.

It work fine. Just what I needed.
The chain had several extremely sharp edges sticking out and the carabiner was terribly misaligned. Poor quality control

Nylon dipping belt Great bit of kit for the price. I've used it to hold a 16kg kettlebell for dips and pull ups. Fits well and padding makes it super comfortable.

This dipping belt is great This is my first dipping belt that I have used for the gym so I have no prior experience to compare it to. However I can say that it is extremely comfortable and works great.

Very good and strong belt!
I'm using this belt for weighted pullups and for belt-squats. When i compare this belt to any other belt, i had in my hands in a commercial gym, it's way more sturdy and worth every Euro.
Good belt, does it's job well. Material seems sturdy enough, seams might be weakest link. Haven't used more than 40kgs on it so I can't say how it holds up to bigger weights or if you wanna use it for belt squats. Only "downside" beside the seams might be the "small" carabineer hook which I've changed. If you don't go crazy with it and load more on to it than recommended its a good investment for that amount of money.
Tried it for weighted dips and pull-ups and it was great!
