Order Processing times
Our normal processing times for handing orders over to our logistic partners are 0 - 3 working days. For larger orders (typically bulky items or orders weighing over 150kg and shipped by freight) there may be an additional 1 - 2 working days processing time, although we try to dispatch quicker than that.
If you need an order dispatched especially quickly, use an Express delivery option at checkout and contact our customer support team to see what can be done.
Shipping times
Please refer to the table above. These are estimates and can vary during peak seasons. If you are situated in a remote area or an island your order will normally take a few days longer to arrive.
For orders outside EU there might be delays due to factors outside of our control (i.e. customs inspection).
Product pages and Checkout show estimates for order processing and delivery times - please note: these are estimates and can vary depending on combination of items purchased, overall size of order, and other unforeseen circumstances, though we have optimised our warehouse system and choice of couriers to provide as fast a delivery as possible.
BLACK FRIDAY
During November and the first week of December, add an additional 2 - 3 working days for processing times. Our team take pride in processing your order accurately and as quickly as possible.
Couriers will typically be overwhelmed with deliveries during this period, please expect longer than normal delivery times.

Express shipment
DHL Express shipments are processed and dispatched to the courier on the same day if placed successfully by 8am (based on Berlin, Germany time zone), otherwise they will be processed on the next working day, although we do try to process DHL Express orders as quickly as possible after received. Once your order is handed over to the courier, it takes approximately 1-2 working days to reach the recipient.
Tracking
Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier's tracking portal.
Your delivery is fulfilled by UPS or DHL for most items and for very heavy or bulky orders we use the freight carriers: DB Schenker or DACHSER.
You will be contacted directly by DB Schenker or DACHSER regarding the exact delivery date by email/sms/call. Please check your emails and phones regularly for this to avoid delays.
Please note: Orders delivered by DB Schenker or Dachser will only be delivered to the curbside. Deliveries will generally not be made into buildings, apartments, backyards, or similar locations.
Moreover for freight delivery, sufficient space for a 12 tonne truck is required. If your street is particularly narrow and does not offer enough space for a 12 tonne truck, please contact our customer service before placing your order. If necessary, extra costs may arise.
Shipping to Switzerland
The total amount you pay at checkout includes Swiss VAT, customs duties, and import fees. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.
International Shipping (Countries outside the EU, Switzerland & Norway)
Most international orders are shipped via UPS Express Saver for fast and reliable delivery. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any applicable fees before ordering. UPS may contact you separately by email to inform you of the amount due and how to pay it prior to delivery. If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any associated return or handling fees from your refund, or to request payment of those costs before re-shipping the order.
