Please note the provisions of § 6 returns of our terms and conditions.
All orders must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and any defects/damage must be reported to us immediately upon receiving them. All goods that arrive damaged should be marked as "damaged".
If you want to return an order, which is lighter than 10kg and less than 1m long, you simply enter your order number and postal code into our online self-service return portal.
Please ensure the order number does not contain the # symbol and check the postal code is exactly as it appears on your order.
If the items you want to return are heavier than 10kg or longer than 1m, please contact us first and we will guide you through the return process.

Consumers can return the goods received to us within 100 days (Entrepreneurs within 4 weeks) unused/unworn and in the original packaging along with their full name, order number and whether they want an exchange or a refund.
Only the value of the goods will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After we receive your return, it usually takes a maximum of 7 - 10 working days for it to be checked and processed. Please be aware that during peak sales periods, such as Black Friday, an additional 10-14 working days may apply. You will then receive your refund or exchange product.
If goods are returned damaged or if the goods are not returned immediately after claim we won't be able to give you a full refund and a fee of 10% of the sales price or higher may be charged.
If the return is necessary due to defective or incorrectly delivered items on our part, we may organize the return or, in this case, we will cover the costs of the return.
B-Ware items or items advertised as with cosmetic imperfections will be delivered in the condition as described on our website and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our kettlebells and powder coated/painted products are exempt from exchanges/refunds/replacements based on cosmetic damage from surface impact. Please consider that impact with a hard surface may cause cosmetic damage to the products. This cosmetic damage is exempt from the warranty, warranty covers structural damage only. Please use soft surfaces when training with these products.
With kettlebells, dumbbells, maces, club bells and specialty bars some loosening of the inside filling may occur with rough usage. This is a common issue with these products across manufacturers. These damages are exempt from warranty.
Once an investigation/claim procedure has been opened with a courier, we cannot issue a refund or a replacement item until the courier has reviewed and closed the case. In such cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.
Note for delivery countries outside the EU:
Since returns from outside the European Union (EU) incur additional costs, we will charge a processing fee of 20% of the value of the goods or at least €20 and deduct this from the refund amount.
Therefore, please contact us beforehand so that we can find, if necessary, another, satisfactory solution.
