Built for the days when the bar is heavy and every rep counts. These 5 mm neoprene knee sleeves give you the warmth and compression of a classic sleeve, plus two adjustable Velcro straps: one above the knee, one below. Keep them comfortable for your warm-up sets, then crank the straps down before your top set for a locked-in fit and serious rebound out of the hole. One pair, from the first empty-bar set to your heaviest single.

Two straps, full control. The 5 cm wide Velcro straps sit above and below the joint, so you can tighten or loosen the sleeve in seconds, while you are still wearing it. No pulling sleeves off between sets, no fighting with a pair that is too tight for warm-ups or too loose for heavy work. You decide how much support you want, set by set.

5 mm heavy-duty neoprene. Made from 90% neoprene and 10% nylon, the thick 5 mm material keeps your knees warm, wraps the joint in firm, even compression and holds its shape session after session. The nylon layer adds durability, so the sleeves stand up to heavy training, chalk and plenty of reps.

More rebound when it matters. Cranking down the straps increases the tension around the knee. At the bottom of a squat, the sleeve stores that tension and helps you drive back up. That is the extra pop strength athletes look for when the weight gets serious.

Full coverage. With a length of 28 cm, the sleeve covers the knee joint plus a good part of the lower thigh and upper calf, giving you stable, even support where you need it most.

Made for strength sports outside the IPF. Because of the Velcro straps, these sleeves are not approved for competitions under the IPF and its affiliated federations. They are made for training, strongman, powerbuilding and powerlifting federations outside the IPF that allow strapped sleeves. Always check your federation's rulebook before a meet.

How to find your size

  1. Stand with your leg straight and measure around the centre of your knee (over the kneecap). Keep the tape snug, but don't pull it tight.
  2. If you have very large quads or calves, go one size up.
  3. If you are new to support gear or will be putting the sleeves on without help, we also recommend going one size up. Thanks to the straps, you can still tighten them for heavy sets.

Suitable For

  • Powerlifting outside the IPF: heavy training and meets in federations that allow strapped sleeves
  • Strongman: yoke, atlas stones, sandbag carries, squat events
  • Powerbuilding: heavy leg days with high volume and top sets
  • Exercises: back squat, front squat, pause squat, box squat, safety bar squat, leg press, lunges, yoke walk, atlas stone loading

FAQ

Are these knee sleeves IPF approved?

No. Because of the Velcro straps, they are not approved for IPF competitions or its affiliated federations. They are perfect for training, strongman, powerbuilding and federations outside the IPF that allow strapped sleeves.

Can I adjust the straps while wearing the sleeves?

Yes, that's the whole point. Open the straps for warm-ups or rest periods and crank them down right before your heavy sets. No need to take the sleeves off.

Which size should I choose?

Measure around the centre of your knee with a straight leg and use the size chart. With large quads or calves, or if you are new to support gear, go one size up.

How tight should the straps be?

Snug for warm-ups, firm for your top sets. Loosen them between sets so your knees can relax. The tighter the straps, the more support and rebound you get.

What's the difference to regular 5 mm knee sleeves?

Regular sleeves have a fixed tightness. The two straps let you adjust compression on the fly, so one pair works for your whole session, from light warm-ups to maximal attempts.

Are they sold individually or as a pair?

As a pair, so you get symmetrical support on both knees.
