Pairs well with:

Heavy pressing puts your elbows under serious load, rep after rep. These 5 mm neoprene elbow sleeves give you warmth, firm compression and two adjustable Velcro straps, one above and one below the elbow. Wear them comfortably for your warm-up sets, then tighten the straps before your heavy sets for a locked-in fit and extra stability at the bottom of every press. One pair for your whole session, from the empty bar to your top set.

Two straps, full control. The 5 cm wide Velcro straps sit above and below the joint, so you can adjust the tightness in seconds, while you are still wearing the sleeves. Loosen them between sets, crank them down when the weight goes up. You decide how much support you want, set by set.

5 mm heavy-duty neoprene. Made from 90% neoprene and 10% nylon, the thick 5 mm material keeps your elbows warm, wraps the joint in firm, even compression and holds its shape session after session. The nylon layer adds durability for heavy training, chalk and high volume.

Stability and rebound under load. Tightened straps increase the tension around the elbow. That gives you a more stable joint on heavy bench, overhead and log presses, plus extra rebound out of the bottom position, exactly where you want it when the weight gets serious.

Full coverage. With a length of 24 cm, the sleeve covers the elbow joint plus a good part of the lower upper arm and upper forearm, for even support all around.

Made for strength sports outside the IPF. Because of the Velcro straps, these sleeves are not approved for competitions under the IPF and its affiliated federations. They are made for training, strongman, powerbuilding and powerlifting federations outside the IPF that allow strapped sleeves. Always check your federation's rulebook before a meet.

How to find your size

  1. Keep your arm straight and measure around the centre of your elbow. Keep the tape snug, but don't pull it tight.
  2. If you have particularly large biceps or forearms, go one size up.
  3. If you are new to support gear or will be putting the sleeves on without help, we also recommend going one size up. Thanks to the straps, you can still tighten them for heavy sets.

Suitable For

  • Powerlifting outside the IPF: heavy bench training and meets in federations that allow strapped sleeves
  • Strongman: log press, axle press, circus dumbbell, overhead medleys
  • Powerbuilding: heavy pressing days and high-volume arm work
  • Exercises: bench press, close-grip bench press, overhead press, log press, axle press, push press, dips, JM press, skull crushers, dips, weighted dips and low-bar squats for extra elbow comfort

FAQ

Are these elbow sleeves IPF approved?

No. Because of the Velcro straps, they are not approved for IPF competitions or its affiliated federations. They are perfect for training, strongman, powerbuilding and federations outside the IPF that allow strapped sleeves.

Can I adjust the straps while wearing the sleeves?

Yes. Open the straps for warm-ups or rest periods and tighten them right before your heavy sets. No need to take the sleeves off.

Which size should I choose?

Measure around the centre of your elbow with a straight arm and use the size chart. With large biceps or forearms, or if you are new to support gear, go one size up.

How tight should the straps be?

Snug for warm-ups, firm for your top sets. Loosen them between sets so your elbows can relax. The tighter the straps, the more support and rebound you get.

Can I wear them for squats too?

Yes. Many lifters wear elbow sleeves during low-bar squats to keep their elbows warm and comfortable under the bar.

Are they sold individually or as a pair?

As a pair, so you get symmetrical support on both arms.

Are the sleeves suitable for weighted dips and calisthenics?

Yes. Weighted dips put a lot of load on your elbows, especially at the bottom of the movement. With the straps tightened, the sleeves give you extra stability and warmth on heavy dips, weighted dips and in streetlifting. If you compete, check your federation’s rules on strapped sleeves first.
