Complete your setup

Squat, bench, repeat. The Riot Combo Rack V2 is a 2-in-1 squat and bench press combo rack designed with one goal: simple, clean and focused on performing – every single session. Built to IPF specifications for uprights, bench and safeties, it gives you a true competition setup for your gym, club or home gym, so every squat and every bench press feels exactly like it does on the platform.

The Fastest Bench Swap You Have Ever Seen

Forget pins, bolts, tilting mechanisms and anything else that slows you down. The competition flat bench and its foot plate simply hook into the rack: lift the bench slightly, slide it in – done. Slide it out – squat stand ready. No tools, no nothing, no searching for a missing pin.

Bench and foot plate are deliberately designed to be light, so one person can move them around easily. Changing from bench press to squat between attempts or training blocks takes seconds.

Numbered Everywhere – Adjust Fast, Repeat Exactly

The main uprights feature numbered holes, and the safeties have laser-cut numbers on the sides. You know your squat height and your bench height at a glance, set them in seconds and hit the exact same position every time – perfect for shared gyms, teams and competition prep. The bar rests are adjusted with classic levers: lift, slide, lock.

Safety That Actually Stays Put

The bench safeties (spotter arms) are attached to the rack and adjust from 500 to 775 mm. Their base is extra long, so the rack stays stable and will not tip over – even if you dump a bar onto the very end of the safeties during a failed squat. A protection plate on top of the safeties and plastic guards above the bar rests protect your barbell and its knurling.

Bar Rests with Nylon Rollers

Both the squat and bench bar rests are chromed and fitted with flat nylon rollers. That makes walking the bar in and out smoother, centring the bar easier, and protects both rack and barbell.

Competition Bench with a Grip You Can Trust

The flat bench is built to IPF specs: 1250 mm long, 320 mm wide and around 440 mm high. The pad has medium hardness and a very grippy surface, so your upper back stays where you set it – the foundation for a stable arch and a strong press.

Built from Heavy-Duty Steel

The base frame and uprights are made from 60 × 60 mm steel box section with 3 mm wall thickness. Black powder coating, chromed inner uprights, chromed bar rests and elegant, subtle branding make the Riot Combo Rack V2 look as good as it trains.

Who Is It For?

  • Competitive powerlifters: train squat and bench on equipment that meets IPF specs, so meet day feels familiar.
  • Powerlifting gyms and clubs: numbered settings, quick bench changes and robust steel make it ideal where many people train on the same rack.
  • Home gyms: one footprint covers two main lifts, with no separate squat stand and bench press station needed.
  • Coaches and teams: fast, repeatable setups for every athlete, so you get more training time and less fiddling.

FAQ

How do I attach and detach the bench?

Lift the bench slightly and slide it into the rack – it hooks in together with the foot plate. To remove it, simply slide it out. No pins, bolts or tools needed.

Is the Riot Combo Rack V2 suitable for competition prep?

Yes. Uprights, bench and safeties are built to IPF specifications, so your training setup matches what you will find on the platform.

Can I use the safeties when squatting?

Yes. The safeties have an extra-long base, so the rack stays stable even if a bar lands at the very end of them during a failed squat.

How do I find my settings quickly?

The main uprights have numbered holes on both sides and the safeties also have laser-cut numbers. Note your numbers once and set up identically every session.

Will the rack damage my barbell?

No. The bar rests feature nylon rollers and plastic guards, and the safeties have a protection plate on top – all designed to protect your bar and its knurling.

Can one person move the bench?

Yes. Bench and foot plate are designed to be light and easy to manoeuvre.
