Our Hyperextension Bench, also known as a Roman Chair, is the perfect piece of equipment for rapid development of abdominal, lower back, glute and hamstring muscles. High density upholstery and the adjustable leg support guarantee a comfortable workout. The length can be changed in four steps of 5cm increments, to a maximum of 113cm. A length of 93cm marks the lowest position possible. 

Easily foldable for convenient storage.

Not recommend

Hyper bench is uncomfortable for quads (same if you weigh 55 or 95 kgs) and it’s little bit unstable.

Lower back bench

This bench is well built and solid.
The older model didn't fit people under 1m80.
I contacted the service customer. I had a quick response about my concern and a new upgraded bench is on the way ! Thank you

Wie erwartet

simples aber effektives Trainigsgerät

klappbar hat es einen möglichst niedrigen "Fußabdruck" - gut fürs Gym zu Hause
Verpackung wie gewohnt io, Versand ging flott , Aufbau war selbsterklärend und am Ende steht alles sehr Stabil wie ichs vom StrenghShop Equipment kenne.

Aus einem Satz werde ich allerdings nicht schlau- in der Beschreibung heißt es:
"Die Bank wird ohne Plastikkappen (Füße) geliefert."
Bei mir sind Kappen dran oder anders gesagt ich habe geliefert bekommen was auch abgebildet ist.

Stabiler als man denkt.
Einziges Manko für Personen unter 175 cm wird das Training zumindest für den Rückenstrecker kaum möglich sein. Sollte die Größe passen ist es ein no brainer.
