A versatile adjustable FID bench built for demanding gym environments
Availability expected from May 2026.
The Riot FID Bench 2.0 is a fully adjustable flat–incline–decline (FID) weight bench designed for versatile strength training in commercial gyms, powerlifting facilities and advanced home gym setups. Built around a stable steel frame and a wide adjustment range, this bench supports everything from heavy presses to accessory work while remaining compact enough to fit easily inside racks and training stations.
With nine back pad angles and four seat pad positions, the bench allows quick transitions between flat, incline and decline training positions. Whether you are performing barbell bench press, dumbbell presses, shoulder press variations, chest supported rows or core work, the Riot FID Bench 2.0 provides the stability and positioning needed for efficient training.
The back pad adjusts through 0°, 15°, 25°, 35°, 45°, 55°, 65°, 75° and 85°, allowing athletes to move from flat pressing to steep incline work targeting the upper chest and shoulders. The seat pad offers four angles (-15°, 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°) to support proper body positioning during incline presses or decline configurations.
An optional tilting headrest section further increases the functionality of the bench. By moving the upper section of the back pad out of the way, it creates more freedom for overhead pressing, cable work and chest supported pulling movements. The headrest adjustment also aligns with the main pad angles to support rowing and pulling exercises.
The Riot FID Bench 2.0 is also designed with space efficiency in mind. A built-in locking pin allows the back pad to be secured for upright vertical storage, making it easy to move the bench out of the way when not in use — particularly useful in busy gyms or compact training spaces.
Beyond standard bench functionality, the design includes a utility post and attachment bracket system that allows the bench to be expanded with additional training accessories. This modular concept turns the bench into a flexible training platform that can evolve together with your gym setup.
One of these add-ons is the leg roller attachment, which connects to the rear bracket of the bench via a magnetic pin. The rollers can be positioned in four different height settings with 50 mm increments, providing secure positioning for decline presses or abdominal training.
Another optional attachment is the leg extension / leg curl unit, designed primarily to be used together with a cable system for resistance. The attachment features a dual arm construction, allowing different roller positions for both leg extensions and leg curls. The adjustable arm pad also enables additional exercises such as bicep curls, adding even more training variety. Like the other accessories, the unit mounts quickly to the bench using mag pins on the utility post.
The overall construction uses durable mild steel combined with nylon components and dense foam padding, finished with a protective upholstery cover designed to withstand heavy daily use. The result is a stable, adaptable adjustable gym bench for flat, incline and decline training that fits seamlessly into commercial training environments as well as premium home gyms.
With its wide adjustment range, upright storage capability and expandable attachment system, the Riot FID Bench 2.0 offers a versatile solution for athletes and gym owners looking for a high-quality adjustable weight bench for strength training, pressing movements and accessory work.
