Uncompromising Support for Peak Performance in Streetlifting & Calisthenics
If you’re serious about weighted dips and streetlifting competitions, the Pro Sleeves are built for you. Designed to provide maximum joint stability, support and rebound - these sleeves allow you to handle heavier loads while maintaining tight control and safety. Due to their extreme stiffness, you may need a training partner to help put them on and take them off.
Why Choose Pro Sleeves?
Optimized for Weighted Dips & Streetlifting: Designed for maximal support to help you lift heavier.
Extreme Joint Stability: 7mm fully stiff neoprene minimizes unwanted movement, and maximum rebound.
Best for Competitions & Max Effort Sets: Provides the highest level of reinforcement.
Requires Assistance: The rigid design means putting them on alone is nearly impossible.
Maximize Performance: Helps add 5-15 kg to your lifts, depending on the athlete and exercise.
FinalRep approved
Also Ideal for Strongman and Strength Training
Perfect for strongman/strongwoman pressing events requiring maximum support.
Also used for general strength training, especially bench press and overhead press
Not IPF approved, but highly effective for non-IPF competitions and training.
Try Pro Sleeves for heavy (!!) strong(wo)man sessions; however, some athletes may prefer the Pro Lite’s hybrid flexibility.
When to Use Pro vs. Pro Lite?
Use Pro Sleeves for competitions and sessions where you need maximum stiffness and joint immobilization.
Use Pro Lite Sleeves for training days and when you need a balance between maximum support and flex.

💡Do not size down—these sleeves are extremely stiff. Always have a training partner help the first time you put them on. If your hand feels numb or blood flow is restricted, remove them immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Which sleeve should I choose? Choose Pro Sleeves for maximal support and competition days. Pick Pro Lite Sleeves if you want more comfort and ease of use during training and performance.
2. Can I size down for a tighter fit? No. The sleeves are extremely stiff and do not stretch. If you’re at the top end of a size range, consider upsizing.
3. Do I need help putting them on? Yes, for Pro Sleeves, due to their extreme stiffness. Pro Lite Sleeves can be put on and removed independently.
4. How much extra weight can these sleeves help me lift? Depending on the athlete and exercise, these sleeves can add 5-15 kg to your lifts by improving stability and joint support.
I wanted to leave a detailed review because there’s not much information online for lifters who have a bigger biceps and smaller forearm size, and that makes a huge difference with these sleeves.
I ordered size 2XL
My measurements:
Bicep (relaxed, arm straight): 43 cm
Bicep (flexed): 49 cm
Forearm (relaxed, arm straight): 35 cm
What these sleeves do extremely well
These sleeves are legit for heavy pressing. The rebound out of the bottom position is real:
I felt an immediate +5–7 kg carryover on bench press
Zero elbow pain
They shine most when the arm is at 90° or deeper
Perfect for heavy singles and overload work
Much more “natural” than a BALLISTA or sling-shot because the sleeve helps, but YOU still do the work
Form stays clean and consistent unlike with slings that can alter bar path
These sleeves deliver a powerful but controlled spring-load effect — exactly what I wanted.
Fit issues for lifters shaped like me:
The Extra Stiff PRO model is extremely rigid. The neoprene barely stretches, which means the sleeve shape doesn’t contour well if you have:
Big biceps and Smaller forearms
This resulted in:
Very tight fit on the biceps
Noticeable looseness / “play” around the forearm
Not because the size was wrong, but because the sleeve simply doesn’t taper enough for my proportions. You can see this clearly in the video.
Getting them on is an event!!
These are BY FAR the hardest elbow sleeves I’ve ever had to put on.
To get them past my elbow joint I literally have to roll the sleeve halfway inside-out, slide it to the elbow, and then roll them up towards my bicep.
That technique shown in the video is the only way I can physically get them on. If you’re expecting something you can just pull up your arm, these are not it.
Ordering the Hybrid version next
Because the PRO Extra Stiff sleeves are so rigid, they don’t tighten down as well around my forearm. I’ve ordered the HYBRID (Pro Lite) version next because the softer neoprene should contour better and give me that same rebound with a more secure forearm fit.
I’ll update my review after testing those too.
Final thoughts
If you have biceps over 42 cm and forearms around 33–36 cm, be aware the PRO Extra Stiff sleeve may feel:
Extremely tight on the upper arm
Loose on the forearm
Difficult to put on
BUT in terms of performance?
They’re absolutely insane.
Powerful rebound, great elbow stability, and one of the best tools I’ve used for heavy benching without compromising technique.
Highly recommend them, as long as your arm proportions match the design.
If you’re like me (big bicep / smaller forearm), the HYBRID/LITE version will likely fit better.
Ein must have für jeden Strongman.
