To determine your belt size, wrap a measuring tape or string around your waist at the intended belt position, using your navel as a reference point. Make sure to measure while wearing your typical workout clothes. Pull the string tight and brace your core as you would when lifting. Measure the circumference and match it to the sizing chart.
The belt should fit tightly to be effective.

Which belt should I choose?
We provide various options, including 10mm and 13mm single-prong and double-prong belts, alongside quick-fitting lever belts. Your choice depends on your lifting style and specific needs.
How does a single-prong belt differ from a double-prong belt?
Both single and double-prong belts provide significant support. However, some lifters favor the extra sturdiness a double-prong belt provides. A single-prong belt, on the other hand, is often simpler to put on. It really depends on your personal preference.

Just started powerlifting a year ago and this is my first belt. Took some time to get used to it, but it helps a lot. Just what i expected.
Fantastic belt! Went by the size guide and it ended up being way to big, so I'm on the last holes. The buyer has to pay for return shipping, which would cost a forturne for a heavy belt, so I'm stuck with this size. But product itself is fantastic!
The quality of your belt, is amazing. The thickness is just right. I would recommend this product to everyone who is buying their first belt and expecting a liffe time hold.
Bought it for Christmas and I've been loving it. At the very beginning it was very stiff but with the wears it's been slightly adapting keeping its strength. 10/10 would recommend
Quality 100/10
the quality of this belt is amazing, the thickness is on point, and has you feeling secure throughout the whole lift. Core feels like it's in a bear hug. I love it.
Hard to Manipulate
It’s nice, but hard to manipulate, lacks increments, it’s better than most options online but for that price I had expected better maneuverability
I think for the price it is very good. Due to fact it is made from synthetic leather the break in is easy an is done fast. The belt offers a lot stability. The extend of the my stomach is 94 cm (at the center, as shown in the tutorial for measurement). I bought XL because I thoght I am in the size range of XL and so the belt will fit me when I get bigger. Though it is almost slightly to big for me. I recommend to buy one size smaller.
