Heavy Strength Shop Hip Rotation Band - 35.5 cm
Our newest Hip Band, made of stiffer material than our standard model to provide more resistance.
Used to warm-up & activate hip/glute muscles. Wear round your knees and squat or walk to get your hips opened up for training! Great to train yourself to keep your knees out for Squat / Sumo Deadlift.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 11 reviews.
Strong and, apparently, durable
way harder than expected, loving it for warming up on legday
Very happy with it.
Thanks
Awesome product and real fast delivery
Heavy Hip Rotation Band - 35.5CM - Yellow/Black
I’ve got a lot of different bands for abducting. This one is easily the best. The only one I’d recommend out of anyone I have.
There are as the name heavy duty not as easy as I thought very good and very hard to use I love the band
