Should I buy double-ply or single-ply knee sleeves?
Constructed with two layers of material, double-ply knee sleeves provide more support than single-ply. Some athletes prefer double-ply sleeves' enhanced thickness and toughness, and others prefer the thicker feel of the triple-ply knee sleeves. Some athletes prefer a single-ply knee sleeve, which offers more mobility. It’s personal preference.
How should I care for my double-ply knee sleeves?
To preserve the quality and extend the life of your double-ply knee sleeves, we recommend hand washing and allowing them to air dry. Avoid machine washing, tumble-dryers, or the use of harsh detergents.

The knee sleeves made my squat go up by 25lbs!! but order a size up cuz they are pretty small to the point where it cuts off my circulation and i need to take them off during breaks.

Best knee sleeves on the market Fantastic quality, don’t lose elasticity like other brands & give the knees that perfect level of support without taking away from the lift.
My knee area measured 13 1/2". I ordered a Medium & a Large. Could barely get Medium up to below my knee. Sleeves are very tight fitting so Large was better. Took a bit to pull over knee but worth it. My knees don't bother me like they did prior to the sleeves while I do squats with weights.

Great product Don’t go by the measurements, I measured as large, had to get the next size up, still slightly snug,
I'm really disappointed. I ordered this sleeves in size XL, thinking they'd fit me (knee circumferences 40cm, calf circumference 42cm; chart says they are suitable for 42 - 47cm). Nope. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to put them on, and I tried literally every trick I could find on the internet (folding techniques and using different things as an assistant like lifting straps). I don't understand this; my measurements are at the lower end yet I can not put them on. So yeah, very disappointed with the sleeves since the chart is not helpful nor accurate at all.
