The Riot Jammer Arms offer a versatile attachment for a wide variety of exercises. While they’re perfect for push/pull movements like overhead presses, bench presses, and rows, they can also be used for lower body exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and leg presses. You can perform single-arm presses, incline presses, single-arm rows, and more!

These arms are designed to fit seamlessly with your Power Cage, expanding your workout options and allowing you to explore new movements.
