In the long run, the barbell and the bumper plates can be further protected from wear and tear.

Yes, you can also use the Drop Pads as a base for slam balls, for example. It is important that the equipment you place on the Drop Pads does not have sharp edges and corners, otherwise it will damage the cover. Also, do not exceed the recommended maximum load.

We have not put them through workouts but after unpacking I can say that they seem pretty sturdy. The only downside is that do not seem to have any possibility to connect to each other in order to pile them up (e.g. to create a jerk block or plyo box). But we can easily live with that if they hold what they promise.

Hab die Pads seit ein paar Wochen im Einsatz und bin vom und ganz zufrieden. Machen was sie sollen und droppen ist kein Problem mehr.
Sehr stabil, super verarbeitet.
Alles super, nur sollte man aufpassen wenn mein eine monster-dumbbell benutzt, die springt beim Abwurf nochmal hoch
