Der Schaft dieser Langhantel ist mit einer schwarzen E-Beschichtung (E-Coat) überzogen, die eine höhere Verschleißfestigkeit aufweist als schwarzes Oxid, Chrom oder Zink. Dabei ist die Beschichtung korrosionsbeständig und umweltfreundlich. Die E-Beschichtung ist ein Verfahren zum elektrischen Aufbringen einer Lackschicht auf Metalle. Das Ergebnis ist eine strapazierfähige und dauerhaft haltbare Oberfläche, die der Oxidation und Korrosion durch Wasser, Sonnenlicht und Haushaltschemikalien widersteht.
BITTE BEACHTEN: Wir empfehlen hierfür starke Verschlüsse, welche die Scheiben fest auf ihrem Platz halten. Die TPR Verschlüsse sind die stärksten, jedoch könnt ihr auch die Olympia-Stellringe mit Schrauben oder unsere Aluminium Stellringe verwenden.

These are great loadable dumbbells. I’ve been using them for a few days now and I’m very happy with the overall quality. With proper collars I can load up to 60 kg (12 × 5 kg plates), which is more than enough for my needs.
That said, they’re not ideal for every exercise. For bench and overhead pressing, the 18 cm sleeves are quite long. When bringing the dumbbells together at the top of the movement, the sleeves tend to touch, which limits the full range of motion.
Another downside is getting them into position for pressing. Resting loadable dumbbells on the thighs before kicking them up is quite uncomfortable, and I haven’t yet found a way to do it without some pain.
Where these dumbbells really shine is in exercises like heavy rows, curls, and lateral raises—they work perfectly for those.
Overall, they’re excellent loadable dumbbells, but not the best choice for pressing movements due to the long sleeves. It’s a bit of a shame that Strength Shop doesn’t offer a version with shorter sleeves. Something around 10 cm would likely be perfect for presses.

I considered getting the fixed version but am very glad I ordered the rotating sleeves. Amazing difference for many lifts, esp. cleans.
As you can see from the pics, they work great for bench press aided by hangers. In one pic, you can also see how much thinner Strength Shop Riot plates are than another reputable brand (on eithe end).
Some reviewers have complained that the handles are too small in diameter. For me, they work fine, with or without straps for rows or the hangers for BP. I have medium to largish hands and haven't noticed any grip problems.

L'impugnatura è cosi piccola che già con 25kg caricati fa male tenerli in mano durante delle spinte sopra la testa, ecco perché costavano meno degli altri. Cambia l'impugnatura, qua da 25mm e negli altri che costano anche il doppio 33mm.

Vanno bene per bambini
I was a bit worried about ROM on exercises like bench press and rows. But the way the sleeves are designed, you can do every exercise just fine. use 10kg plates and have no problems. Also I use normal collars and the plates never slide of or even sightly move.

The build quality of the dumbbell is really good.
The knurling is maybe a tad too strong, but I would not count it as a negative.
Overall, a dumbbell in which you can put your trust in.
Very sturdy grip, feels amazing. Rotating sleeves make it very satisfying to use too. Loaded them with 15kg each side without problem, still very stable and comfortable to use. Can highly recommend. I'm using them with the handle collars that are also offered here, definitely have to pay attention the screws sit tight enough on the dumbbell but then it's all good and durable.
Good quality dumbbell handle
Bought a pair of these dumbbell handles and 5kg plates near the end of the last lock down. Loaded one up to 60kg which is more than I need and held up just fine.
Pretty sure the DHL driver hates me
Very good quality bars loaded them up with 60kg of riot plates in 5's and they can still fit snap collars without any issue, which is more than enough for me.

Bought these post covid lockdown to have some home equipment just incase. I'm really impressed with the quality loaded up 50kg of their iron plates and seem rock solid which is more than I will need 10/10 would recommend. Props to the delivery guy who had to run across a busy road with 100kg of plates because he couldn't find closer parking MVP status there.
The dumbbell looks very aesthetic and feels amazing for rows and presses, would definetly recommend for garage gyms. Would also get some strong collars to keep the plates in the right spot.
Da Ich in meinem Studio nur Kurzhanteln bis 40 kg habe, suchte ich nach einem KH-Schaft der was aushält. Ich wurde bisher nicht enttäuscht.
Der griffdurchmesser von 25 mm einfach zu dünn. Habe ihn mit dünnen Fatgrips "verdickt" .
optimal wären 28-29 mm wie an einer guten olympiahantel. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Klare Kaufempfehlung
Qualità eccezionale per il costo, ottimo grip e sembrano parecchio solidi, sono abbastanza ingombranti da tenere in mano ergo fate attenzione a che esercizio avete in mente di fare.
Super achat reçu en une semaine très bien emballé. Une qualité excellente avec de bon roulements et une construction qui semble solide. Le grip est bon et largement suffisant. Je recommande très vivement surtout que le rapport qualité prix est excellent notamment en cette période de rupture de stock où la demande peut faire grimper les prix.
Not a smooth transaction by any means, ordered two months ago with a delivery time of 3 to 5 days and still nothing. Customer service was atrocious so after a few emails I gave up, supposed to arrive a month and a half ago, then two days ago and now I see Monday. No ideas when I'll receive it but lost a precious training time just because no one gives me any informations. Disappointed
Sturdy handles
Put simply these are like holding small barbells. The sleeves spin well and the grip is decent. There's no feeling at all that these are going to fall apart. Great addition for the home gym and I'll be getting more at some point to reduce loading/unloading dumbbell handles between super sets
The Dumbell has a nice feel to it, grip is good and bearings don't rotate too much so it's better and more confortable to use. Width of the sleeves is not perfectly 50mm, I got screw clamps which sctratched the dumbbells sleeves, so I now use them with some clamp collars and it's better.
For the low price you are getting a high quality piece of equipment, i've bought a pair mainly for dumbbell bench presses and rows, and they are perfect for that. Only downside of these vs. regular rubber coated dumbbells is that it's rather uncomfortable when you rest them on your knees.
I really like the grip and bearings of those dumbells. They have a nice feeling to them. The sleeve is not perfectly 50 mm but works just fine with the collars they supply. I would buy those again at any time
Make sure you get screw collars. My spring collars simply slide off when the dumbbell is loaded. And the length of the dumbbells makes exercises like the bench press uneasy unless you supinate your forearms.
