This is my first belt ever and i love it. I make excuses for myself as to why i gotta wear it everytime im in the gym. Its true to the size chart and it fits great! Wish they have it different colours tho but all in all i think its perfect.

angenehm zu tragender Gürtel, drückt nicht und bietet den passenden Gegendruck obwohl er sich so angenehm tragen läßt. Ein ganz dickes Lob an den Kundenservice, der sich wirklich noch so nennen darf. Er hat mir schnell und unkompliziert geholfen, obwohl der Fehler nicht bei ihnen, sondern beim Versandunternehmen lag.

Am Anfang riecht der Gürtel recht unangenehm, was aber nach und nach verschwindet. Im Vergleich zu meinem vorherigen Gürtel (andere Marke) ist er steifer und breiter. Die Breite könnte für mich etwas weniger sein. Da bei mir der Abstand zwischen Hüftknochen und unterster Rippe relativ gering ist (trotz eher langem Oberkörper), drückt er etwas unangenehm auf die Rippen. Daher trage ich ihn etwas tiefer, sodass er leicht auf den Hüftknochen sitzt. Anfangs noch ungewohnt. Ich trage ihn bei einem Taillenumfang von ca. 75 cm, einer Größe von 1,74 m im letzten Loch.

Wish I'd bought it years ago! I've had a Strength Shop 4" wide 10mm double buckle belt for ten years and it's still going strong, but I've always found that it pinched a bit in the bottom position of Squats and Deadlifts, so finally decided to order the Weightlifting belt. My old belt is L size, for which the size guide says 30-38", whereas on this belt it says that M size is 30-38", so I bought M. I wear the old belt on the 4th hole and this one on the 3rd, so I can vouch for the size guide being pretty accurate. It's a fantastic belt, beautifully well made, great support, comfortable, feels and looks every bit as solid and durable as my old belt. The narrower front width feels so much better when squatting. I wish I'd bought it years ago. Strangely, when I tie the old belt starting with the buckle on the left & pulling the belt through with my left hand, the logo is upside down but on this weightlifting belt it's the correct way up. Not sure whether that's a happy accident or an intentional design change. Another great product from Strength Shop - very happy!
