    Really comfortable for people with short torso / long rib. The belt is so soft i dont think it need any break in whatsoever. And the gold lever rocks even tho there's some blemishes.

    Great belt for a short torso or just want to have less support and use more muscle strength. I also have the 4” belt for competition purposes. It’s nice to switch between the 3” and 4” to cycle strength and support to push past plateaus.

    Finally had to buy myself a belt and decided to go with a 3in belt since I’m short. It definitely does the trick! My lift definitely felt stronger and more stabilized with the belt. No digging into my hips or ribs, and the lever makes for an easy on/off.

    This belt has exceeded my expectations! I'm 5'2 and only 125 pounds, and I fit into size 0 jeans. I've been lifting for about a year and a half, and I have lately been pushing weights that are heavier and heavier. During this last cut the past few months, I was using a different belt that my gym provided. It was the smallest one they offered, and i had it tightened to the smallest hole, with my cut however I ended up getting too small for the belt and I in turn hurt my back on a set of squats because it didn't provide the support I needed. It was also super uncomfortable! because it was a 4 inch belt and then went to 5 inches where your back is. Because I'm so small, my rib cage and my pelvis were too close together for the size of that belt. I found this 3 inch belt, with a lever adjustment! I bought the xs, and oh my god its PERFECT! its not too wide and doesn't put pressure against the bottom of my rips or top of my pelvis, but also supports the heavy weights I'm pushing in the gym. I did some heavy squats in it today (3x8 at 185lbs), and heavy deadlifts in it yesterday (2x6 at 205lbs), and it felt super sturdy and helped me prevent any injury that could've come (like my last belt). I'm very happy with my purchase, and even happier with the price for the quality.

    The belt is exceptional. 3" width fits much more naturally on my shorter torso than the standard 4". Feels sturdy and high quality, very comfortable, and looks really nice too. Would recommend to any lifter who feels like the standard width belts cause discomfort by digging into their ribs and hips. Honestly thrilled with this purchase.

    Wie gewohnt gute Qualität zu gutem Preis. Habe gerne einen Gürtel dran bei schwerem Umsetzen. Der schmalere Gürtel drückt in/vor der Startstellung nicht so auf Rippen und Becken. Jedoch gibt er natürlich etwas weniger Unterstützung wie die breitere Variante.

Honestly I would have prefered a prong belt, but I could not find the narrow version, a shame because i thought there could be as I saw some old ones like that in my gym.     Very easy buying experience, quick and efficient shipping. The tracking link was provided immediately once the belt was shipped. The belt feels comfortable and sturdy, the leather looks great. A bit stiff but that's to be expected, it will soften with use. The only small complaint is the lack of instructions to properly assemble the lever, a paper leaflet or easy to find instructions on the belt's page would have been nice.
