RETURNS
Please note the provisions of § 6 returns of our terms and conditions.
All orders must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and any defects/damage must be reported to us immediately upon receiving them. All goods that arrive damaged should be marked as "damaged".
Return Portal
If you want to return an order, which is lighter than 10kg and less than 1m long, you simply enter your order number and postal code into our online self-service return portal.
Please ensure the order number does not contain the # symbol and check the postal code is exactly as it appears on your order.
If the items you want to return are heavier than 10kg or longer than 1m, please contact us first and we will guide you through the return process.
Return Period
Consumers can return the goods received to us within 100 days (Entrepreneurs within 4 weeks) unused/unworn and in the original packaging.
Free Size Exchanges
Free athlete gear size exchanges are exclusively applicable to countries within the EU.
Returns from Outside the EU
For items to be returned from outside the European Union (EU), please contact us beforehand.
Return Processing & Refunds
Only the value of the goods will be refunded, not the shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After we receive your return, it usually takes a maximum of 7 - 10 working days for it to be checked and processed. Please be aware that during peak sales periods, such as Black Friday, an additional 5-7 working days may apply.
To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a full refund or exchange the item.
If goods are returned without original packaging or if the goods are not returned immediately after withdrawal, a fee of 20% of the sales price or higher may be charged. All items are inspected on return.
If the return is necessary due to defective or incorrectly delivered items on our part, we may organise the return or, in this case, we will cover the costs of the return.
B-Ware items or items advertised as with cosmetic imperfections will be delivered in the condition as described on our website and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Product Specific Return Policy
For returns, buckle and belt must be packaged separately and securely in the original packaging. The buckle must not be attached to the belt when returned.
When trying on belts with buckles, ensure that the buckle is only loosely attached. Tight fastening that leaves pressure marks or imprints on the material must be avoided.
Sleeves must only be tried on over long clothing, such as a long-sleeved shirt or long pants. Direct contact with bare skin during fitting can cause visible signs of use and is considered unhygienic.
Returned items showing evidence of skin contact, chalk, sweat, odors or stretching are excluded from refund or exchange.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB) for socks and mouthpieces. A return or exchange is only possible if the product packaging is intact. Socks or mouthpieces that have been opened or worn are excluded from return or exchange for hygiene reasons.
Our kettlebells and powder coated/painted products are exempt from free exchanges/refunds/replacements based on cosmetic damage from surface impact. Please consider that impact with a hard surface may cause cosmetic damage to the products. This cosmetic damage is exempt from the warranty, warranty covers structural damage only. Please use soft surfaces when training with these products.
With kettlebells, dumbbells, maces, club bells and specialty bars some loosening of the inside filling may occur with usage. This is a common issue with these products across manufacturers. These damages are exempt from warranty.
Items that are damaged or incomplete upon return are excluded from exchange or refund.
Once an investigation/claim procedure has been opened with a courier, we cannot issue a refund or a replacement item until the courier has reviewed and closed the case. In such cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.
