STORIA:
Alla fine del XX secolo, la scienza sovietica ha confermato che il sollevamento ripetuto di kettlebell è uno dei migliori strumenti per lo sviluppo fisico completo.
Uno studio ha osservato due gruppi di studenti universitari per alcuni anni:
È stata utilizzata una batteria standard di test fisici delle forze armate che includeva: trazioni alla sbarra, salto in lungo da fermo, sprint sui 100 metri e corsa sui 1.000 metri. Il gruppo di controllo ha seguito il tipico programma di Fitness universitario di stampo militare, focalizzato sugli esercizi elencati. Il gruppo sperimentale si è allenato solo con le kettlebell. Nessun altro tipo di allenamento.
Nonostante la mancanza di pratica sugli esercizi testati sopra, il gruppo che ha svolto allenamento con kettlebell ha ottenuto risultati migliori in ognuno di essi.

Well-balanced kettlebell, smooth finish, easy to handle. Will buy more products from this company. My only criticism is that I wish the logo made sense, I cannot understand why did they chose this logo. It just feels like it doesn't fit the design and build. But this is a cosmetic criticism.

The Strenght Shop Competitive Kettlebell is neither better nor worse than other brands I already own (with few exceptions). It's decent for sure and at an attractive pricepoint. I ordered a 12kg to replace some older one I had. The color is on the brighter side of blue and very shiny, however the structure is not the smoothest level of coating available on the market, neither is it the roughest - just right in my opinion. The handle is on the more perforated side of things, which I also like. If you'd ask me if I would buy another one of these then the answer was yes.

This kettlebell is really great. The paint job is super clean. The balance feels really good and the window is really nice. The handle of this 24kg kettlebell has a great feel. It’s really smooth when doing swings, cleans and snatches but it still has a nice grip to where I don’t feel like it’s going to slip out of my hand. Great piece of kit.
