Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 20 reviews.
Very sturdy, easy to build, and the weights slide on and off without hassle. Some wear marks after 2 weeks of use, to be expected with the powder coat. The nuts/bolts extend enough to touch or scratch the weights - but unless you are fully loading each horn, you can just leave a small gap. Something to consider if sharing a gym with someone less considerate of the gear :)
- Arrived in good condition.
- Easy to put together
- I have 180kg loaded on it plus 2 barbells. Supports this weight no problem! Doesn't show any signs of tipping over.
- Looks good!
- Organizes all your gym equipment in one convenient location.

Strength Shop's bumper plate tree / bar holder easily holds all of my bumper plates (150kg) as well as 100kg of steel plates. There's ample room for more but I'd rather not test its limits. The small footprint means that my gym looks a lot cleaner than before. Despite the small footprint the tree is quite stable, even when taking weights off. Building the tree is a breeze and the four bar holders really add value and set it apart from many other weight trees. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
This thing is solid, I've had mine for around 1y and it has only minimal wear on the paint. I've always stored 80kg on each pin (more than recommended) and it holds that weight perfectly. The only improvement I can think of is it could have some protection inside the bar holders.
First of all it's not exactly the same as in the pics. The one that i got has bolt on weight pegs- not welded like in the pics. That's ok, not a big deal, there's enough room there anyway and it's sturdy. There was a lot of sand inside left from sandblasting the parts so have a vacuum cleaner ready when unboxing but it seems it was not painted right away after the sandblasting like it should because it's rusted underneath the paint. There's the issue of paint chipping off the pegs. This is somewhat of a nuisance and it's evident it was painted over rusted metal with no prep work. You might as well take an angle grinder to it and take off the paint right away before you even use it, if you don't it'll just chip all over the floor when you slide plates on it, at least mine did.I've seen some similar weight trees use chrome pegs, that might hold up better, stainless would propably be ideal but more expensive.Going past those issues it's still a solid well made weight tree with a lot of capasity, 4 bar holders and competitive price. There are lots of similar looking models on the market but this one is bigger and better made than the other ones i've looked at in the same price range. I'd buy another if i needed one.
