FAQ

Qual è il vantaggio di una cintura con leva?
In generale, le cinture da sollevamento sono progettate per fornire un supporto aggiuntivo alla colonna vertebrale aumentando la pressione intra-addominale. Non sostituiscono una tecnica corretta, ma generalmente aiutano gli atleti a sollevare di più e possono prevenire infortuni. A differenza delle cinture a denti singole o doppie, le cinture con leva vengono regolate la prima volta che le usi (invece che ogni volta che le indossi). Questo significa che puoi togliere e mettere la cintura molto velocemente mantenendo le stesse impostazioni.

Devo scegliere la cintura con leva da 10mm o da 13mm?
Entrambe le cinture offrono un elevato livello di supporto. L'unica differenza è che la 13mm ha più materiale ed è leggermente più spessa, risultando un po' più rigida. Se sei un principiante o non hai mai usato una cintura prima, potresti trovare la cintura da 10mm più comoda. La cintura 13mm offre maggiore supporto, ma potrebbe non essere necessario se non sollevi carichi molto pesanti.

Modern and slick design. Easy to adjust, easy to put on, easy to move heavy weight. The only downflaw is the shipping which kind of messed up the belt slightly. Please ship it either in a larger box or put it the same way you'd put a belt around your waist.

Der Gürtel ist sehr hart, aber das ist wünschenswert. Er verwindet sich in keinster Weise. Nach ein paar Trainingseinheiten passt er sich der Mittelpartie an. Speziell bei schweren Kniebeugen mit Bandagen und/oder Kniebeugeanzug, ist der zusätzliche Support sofort zu bemerken.

Loved the new belt! I don't know why I never switched to a lever belt sooner. Saves a lot of time, no more having to use the rack or door to get a tight belt. I definitely recommend this product especially for powerllifing movements. I got the 13mm XXL. I was doing heavy singles of 515lbs on deadlifts with the open trap bar in the video.
