Just tried for use in front and back squats, amazing feeling and really good stability. Easy to use and very useful for those who, like me, have stubborn quads that don't activate enough with traditional squats without elevated heels.

Tut was sie soll. Leider sehr geruchsintensiv.
Very sturdy, doesn't slip and has a good width unless you want to do something very wide. I would personally like it to be deeper to have more foot on the ramp.

Since my new fitness doesn't have a decent hack squat, I must rely again on Smith machine squats. With the wedge I'm able to get full ROM without breaking form very early in my rep. Nice width for different foot placements, good material. A bit heavy to take it with you each time but well worth it.

This is a good stable product. It doesn't slip on my wooden floor. But it does not replace weightlifting shoes. It not intended to, but just saying.
Mein Trainer hat mir für die Kniebeugen die Ramp empfohlen und ich trainiere gerne damit.

Solid rubber, a bit shorter than I would like for my (EU size 46) foot but otherwise perfectly fine. I have not really loaded it heavy yet.

Stable and functional, but it smells like tires so I can't have it indoors because my wife complains about the smell.
Squat Ramp
Brilliant Brought another ramp from a different company and had to return it as the quality was poor. This worked out at £10 more but is easily double the quality
Used to do it with little plates, now I can use them again and this is obviously a lot more stable!

Strength Shop Squat Ramp Id been looking for a ramp for time. I was reluctant at first because the price was so much more completive than other Id looked at. I couldn't be happier with it. Its made from strong enough stuff to lift and made from dense rubber so I'm able to still perform movements barefoot. Its awesome. 10/10
