Ordered a size medium. For very snug like I wanted. Wasn't sure what single ply would feel like vs the usual 5mm neoprene sleeves I did have. But I prefer these way more.

Awesome Sleeves for Repwork. I have dealt with a severe bursitis in my right elbow. After healing I started using them and without changing the training program, I never had an issue since then….and I had to size up after 6 months, so at least I know my program works

They come per pair! I got 2 medium pairs now, and had to size up to L... whoops. They're quite flexible despite being tight. I use them on squats to support my elbows a little better.

Qualitativ sehr gut. Wollte eigentlich einen nicht so engen Sitz deswegen hab ich eine Nummer größer genommen aber leider trotzdem sehr eng. Ist aber nicht schlimm.
Accidently bought 2, as i thought they came per 1, so now I have an pair which I can gift. They dont shift around and give great compression, though they're comfortable enough to keep on between sets.

Elbow sleeves Spot on
Single Ply Hercules Elbow Sleeve I've had my previous Elbow sleeves for over 5 years from Strength Shop and it was well overdue a upgrade to the single ply ones! Excellent quality and they don't put to much tension on the lifts. These Elbow sleeves protect your elbows safe whilst pressing heavy. Great quality and great for the price. Would recommend!
