FAQ - Buono a sapersi
Qual è la differenza tra le piastre da paraurti e le piastre da competizione?
- Le piastre da competizione sono in realtà più sottili delle normali piastre paracolpi in gomma, in modo da poter inserire più peso sulla barra. Tuttavia, sono più costose a causa dell'inserto in acciaio inossidabile. Le piastre paracolpi di alta qualità sono una soluzione ideale ed economica per l'allenamento quotidiano e sono adatte alle palestre domestiche o alle strutture commerciali. Rispetto alle piastre in acciaio, la gomma protegge il pavimento e l'attrezzatura stessa.
Nota bene: nella fase finale della produzione, le piastre paracolpi vengono trattate con uno spray al silicone per mantenerle libere dalla polvere. Lo strato si dissolve dopo qualche tempo, ma può anche essere lavato via con sapone per piatti.

Very nice
Arrived swiftly, as did the rest of my big and heavy order, which surprised me. The rubber plates do smell heavily of rubber for quite a while so make sure to lightly clean/wash them. Everything is exactly as specified in the description and in the photos. Super pleased with the quality of each item, the weights, the bar, the deadlift slippers (do size up a little), and the safeties! Will order from here again.

High quality bumpers Ordered 4 20kg stripe bumpers and they are great, not too bouncy and look great
Decent home gym plates Plates look nice and the coloured bands are a nice touch. Weights look and feel decent. Some minor manufacturing discrepancies --> the 5kg plates are a slightly smaller diameter than the rest at 44cm, the 20 kg plates seem to have a 2mm wide gap between the blue band and the rubber plate.

As with the greens, mine seem slightly warped. Again, no effect on performance and you have to be very close to notice and you can't tell unless they are loaded beside another plate. The diameter is slightly (~0.5 cm, did not measure) smaller than bigger plates, probably to protect them from drops that could damage them.
