Caratteristiche:

Fusione in un unico pezzo
I nostri kettlebell sono realizzati in un unico getto, senza saldature o incollaggi di metà o maniglie separate. Nessun riempitivo, componente in plastica, tappi, coperture o rivestimenti – solo pura ghisa dal primo all’ultimo millimetro.

Durata imbattibile
A differenza di parte della concorrenza, non abbiamo mai avuto una maniglia rotta o un kettlebell danneggiato, nemmeno sotto l’uso più intenso nelle palestre commerciali e durante l’Allenamento Strongman.

Rivestimento nero a polvere resistente
Il rivestimento nero opaco è resistente e ha un aspetto ancora più robusto. Graffi e ammaccature che possono verificarsi nel tempo non danneggiano radicalmente il rivestimento. A differenza di lacca, smalto o plastica, il danno non si espande mai e la finitura non si stacca mai in grandi pezzi. Le marcature colorate sulla maniglia ti aiutano a distinguere rapidamente i diversi pesi dei kettlebell.

Perché allenarsi con i kettlebell?
Qualunque sia il tuo sport, puoi trarre beneficio dall’allenamento con kettlebell. Un tempo poco conosciuti, i kettlebell hanno vissuto una grande rinascita negli ultimi anni, e per ottimi motivi!

Considerati tra gli attrezzi più versatili e impegnativi per l’allenamento, i kettlebell:
● sviluppano la stabilità del core e la forza funzionale attraverso movimenti composti e dinamici
● aumentano la tua capacità di generare potenza, che si traduce direttamente in migliori prestazioni sportive

STORIA:

Alla fine del XX secolo, la scienza sovietica ha confermato che il sollevamento ripetuto con kettlebell è uno dei migliori strumenti per lo sviluppo fisico completo.

Uno studio ha osservato due gruppi di studenti universitari per alcuni anni:

È stato utilizzato un insieme standard di test fisici delle forze armate, che includeva: trazioni alla sbarra, salto in lungo da fermo, sprint sui 100 metri e corsa su 1 km. Il gruppo di controllo ha seguito il tipico programma di allenamento fisico universitario di stampo militare, focalizzato sugli esercizi elencati. Il gruppo sperimentale si è allenato solo con i kettlebell. Nessun altro tipo di allenamento.

Nonostante la mancanza di pratica sugli esercizi testati, il gruppo che si è allenato con i kettlebell ha ottenuto risultati migliori in ognuno di essi.

Lieferung erfolgte rasch und super-zuverlässig, Verpackung tip top. Die Kettlebell gehört jetzt zu meinem regelmäßigen Workout-Repertoire. Gusseisen ist ein top Material für eine Kettlebell, sie liegt prima in der Hand, sieht durch das japanische Zeichen total stylisch aus und ich trainiere super gerne damit. Da ich Kettlebell-Einsteigerin bin, bin ich natürlich noch lange nicht beim Endgewicht angelangt. Die nächst höhere Gewichtsklasse werde ich ganz sicher mit einer weiteren Kettlebell von Strength in Angriff nehmen.

Zur Kettlebell gibt es nichts weiter zu sagen, einfach ein perfektes Teil. Die Verpackung ist vorbildlich, die Lieferung durch die Spedition etwas langsam, (es ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß, dass eine Lieferung aus Norddeutschland nach Österreich über zwei Wochen dauert!)

What can I say guys! I am beyond impressed with your products. They are exactly what I was looking for. The quality is absolutely excellent, could not have made it better. Everything as expected, 36Kb kettlebell. The handle feels a bit rougher than the 32Kg handle I own, but that might be because I used a lot the 32Kg already and it got a bit more slippery. In any case it feels good to have such a rough handle, an extra help on top of the chalk. The KB came with some dirt that you can see in the video, the box was severely damaged when it arrived. I guess the delivery service pushed it through the floor instead of raising it. I can't blame strength shop for that. I just take it as another reason why you should be strong for life, you don't know what challenges you'll have to face in your everyday life, the guy that delivered the KB was exausted and definitelly didn't expect to have to carry such a weight that day, neither was he prepared for that. Great purchase, can't wait to own this weight and proceed to the next one, will definitily purchase more of these in the future.
