Not the most exciting photo, I know. However, this is without doubt the most exciting bar I have ever bought!
I curl with a bar and find that the angles this forces are noticeable as my training and the weight progresses. Not wanting to slowly cause any damage I was looking for a better option.
This 100% is a better option and I could not be happier. I am now looking for a similar bar…but one that fits my power rack for bench press.
This will be a standard bar for anyone that tries one.
I bought mine and live in France, delivered very fast, wrapped very well and tracking spot on.
This is a shop I will use again.

Solid, heavy duty, well made and very useful. Just like me (except for the last bit).
First, I have to say, I didn't think I needed this. I have a well equipped gym and although I had my eyes on one of these from the moment they appeared, I always thought it would be a frivolous purchase as I already have enough attachments and bars to cover any eventuality. I was wrong.
A very versatile bar I have found myself reaching for quite a bit. Obviously for various curl movements such as preacher and hammer, but it is very useful being able to spin around and drop the weight as a reverse curl. Very like dumbbell in that regard, but the weight is distributed differently and so gives the arms a good pounding without losing body control and form. It is growing on me already. Skullcrushers are excellent too as I have a large weight stack and just hook this up. Nice to be able to spin a little if you have a sore shoulder that is normally a grinding point. Again, for pushdown tricep movements it is lovely to spin while dropping the weight to work the whole forearm and wrist as well as tricep. Military press, seated back, pulldown or pullovers. This is going to come in handy for all of those movements. Probably more useful for someone with less bars and attachments than me, but I am having fun integrating this lovely kit into my routines.
Delivery, packing and quick turnaround was top drawer as always with Strength Shop. Always a pleasure dealing with them.

Awesome piece of kit
Brilliant piece of kit - had not been able to do curls on a fixed bar for years due to wrist/forearm pain. This is exactly what I was hoping for - expensive but well made sturdy and if you get wrist pain from fixed bar curls worth every penny

Awesome little bar
Got this bar for over a year now and can recommend it fully. Using it is a joy for my joints (elbow, shoulder), the variability movementwise is great and it's good quality that holds up very well. Love it.

Really smart design and great quality
Agree with the reviews above. Superb design. Movements feel very natural and smooth. Beast of a bar at 16.6kg. Takes the strain off wrists. Price is a little more than standard curl bar but well worth it in my opinion. Glad I bought it.

Really good bar with a lot of uses. Worth the money.
Hesitated a bit to purchase as it seemed expensive. Glad I bought the bar now. Not really that expensive when you think of the many ways you can use this for home workouts with the different hand positions. Also saves me a bit of bother and time as I can easily switch from curls to hammers etc without taking off / re-loading weight plates. It's a beast of bar at around 6kg heavier than a straight 5 foot barbell and you can feel that it is solid and well made. Would highly recommend this bar and strength shop. This is the second purchase I've made from the store and both times, products have been fairly priced and arrived the next working day via UPS couriers.

Great bar
Got this bar. It's really well constructed bar. It's great when curling, due to rotation, it almost feels like dumbells. Also great when rowing, as you can use different hand positions, also rotate when rowing. I also tried it for lat pulldowns attached to cable, felt brilliant, as rotation is possible. Cable curls, tricep presses, ect felt great. Overall very happy with bar.
