Best triceps pressdown cable attachment I´ve ever used. It was a great idea to design it like this - compared to common bar-shaped attachments you have a bigger surface you can push your palms into, it´s more stable, feels better on elbows and my triceps just love it, just like the triceps of clients of mine :D
Love it great bar, you can push with your palm and get a great triceps pump.Due to the great surface of the bar this feels more natural, because the weight distribute more even.Takes the forearms out and puts less stress on the joints.
4,9 Sterne!! Super Produkt! Alles genau im richtigen Winkel. Man trifft die Muskelgruppen perfekt ohne dass man selbst recht viel korrigieren muss. Durch den breiten Griff verteilt sich die Kraft super wodurch man sich besser auf den Trizeps fokussieren kann. Ich kann fast nur Gutes über das Teil sagen! Ich möchte es nie mehr missen und man kann leicht über ein kleines Manko hinwegsehen. Letzteres wären kleine Fehler in der Beschichtung. An einigen Stellen ist diese deutlich verändert und wirkt insgesamt nicht so hochwertig, auch wenn man durch das Eigengewicht doch insgesamt ein recht hochwertiges Feeling bekommt. Klare Empfehlung!

Hey, bei den Trizeps-Pushdowns am Kabelzug hatte ich über die Zeit diverse Griffstücke ausprobiert, war aber eigentlich nie 100 Prozent zufrieden gewesen. Mir fehlte primär das Gefühl der „maximalen Endkontraktion“ . Weder mit dem Seil noch mit verschiedenen Stangen konnte ich dieses erreichen. Durch ein Video auf YouTube wurde ich auf die „flache“ Stange aufmerksam. Hier bei Strength wurde ich fündig . Top Qualität und richtig guter Grip . Es ist jetzt bei den Pushdowns ein richtig krasser Unterschied, was mir eine ultimative Endkontraktion ermöglicht und die volle Kontrolle während der gesamten Übungsausführung. Für mich ein echter Gamechanger . Vielen Dank
