Quali sono i vantaggi di una cintura con leva?
Le cinture da sollevamento sono progettate per supportare la colonna vertebrale aumentando la pressione nel core. Usando una cintura, aumenti la pressione intra-addominale nel corpo – il che significa che puoi sollevare più peso e aiutare a prevenire infortuni. Tuttavia, non sostituisce una tecnica di sollevamento corretta.

A differenza delle cinture con una o due punte, le cinture con leva devono essere regolate solo la prima volta che le usi. Questo rende più veloce e facile indossare e togliere la cintura senza dover regolare le punte ogni volta.

Devo scegliere la Cintura a leva 10mm o la cintura a leva da 13mm?
Entrambe le cinture offrono un supporto sostanziale. La differenza principale è che la cintura 13mm ha materiale extra, risultando leggermente più spessa e offrendo un supporto leggermente maggiore. Leider ist der Gürtel nach einem Jahr kaputt gegangen. Auf den Bildern sieht man wie der Gürtel aufgrund der Verformung nicht mehr richtig schließt. Zudem ist relativ schnell die Farbe vom Verschluß abgeblättert und es kam Rost zum Vorschein. Eigentlich gefiel mir der Gürtel insgesamt sehr gut, aber nur 1 Jahr Haltbarkeit ist mir zu wenig. Edit: Ich wurde vom Support kontaktiert und der Gürtel wurde ersetzt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
