I have owned Both the double prong belt and sleeves from strength shop,I am not one to usually leave reviews but the quality the items have shown for the price completely shocked me ,will be returning customer for my future powerlifting equipment need,I will compete in my first APF sanctioned meet in September and wanted to say if they're others on the fence about this company's products you will not be disappointed.I am 5'06 @ 145.lb body weight and this single is at RPE 7-8 for those wondering

I'm a size 30 waist and figured it would be bigger but these are true to their size. I wish I got the next size up because I can only adjust it 2 or 3 more notches. Has no impact on functionality though, just personally would want to have a little more excess belt to work with. Otherwise great thick material compared to the cheap Amazon belt I used in the past.

This is my first serious lifting belt, and after some use it’s been a blast. I honestly wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but when it was delivered and I pulled it out of the box I was pleasantly surprised. The solid 10mm belt took a bit of breaking and the belt prongs are very rugged. Overall great purchase. This is a wonderful first lifting belt for beginners due to the price, but I also think more advanced lifters would also love this belt.

★★★★☆ Overall, I'm very happy with this belt. It's extremely sturdy, well made, and feels like a high-quality piece of equipment that should last for many years. It provides excellent support for heavy lifts, and the leather feels very durable. My only criticism is the design of the tongue. I would have preferred a rounded tongue instead of the sharp, pointed one. The leather coating at the tip has started to split slightly because of the friction when forcing it through the belt loop. I've glued it back together several times, but it tends to happen again. I contacted Strength Shop support, and they were excellent. They offered either a replacement or a partial refund, which I really appreciated. Since the issue is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect the belt's performance, I decided to keep it. I'm confident the belt itself will last a long time. I would have given this belt 5 stars if it weren't for that minor cosmetic issue.

Ich nutze den Gürtel hauptsächlich für Squats, Deadlifts und RDLs und bin absolut überzeugt. Performance: Die Stabilität ist hervorragend, der Support fühlt sich an "wie eine Wand". Ein konkretes Beispiel: Bei meinen letzten Squats (3 Sätze) habe ich den ersten Satz ohne Gürtel gemacht und 6 Wiederholungen geschafft (RIR 0). Die beiden folgenden Sätze mit Gürtel konnte ich trotz Vorermüdung auf jeweils 7 Wiederholungen (RIR 0) steigern. Der Core bleibt deutlich stabiler und der Gürtel hilft enorm, die Technik unter Last stabil zu halten. Größe & Service: Ich lag laut Tabelle genau zwischen M und L und habe erst M bestellt – das war leider viel zu klein (passte gerade so ins erste Loch). Der Umtausch in Größe L lief aber absolut unkompliziert und der Kunden-Support war hervorragend. Qualität & Komfort: Die Verarbeitung ist top, alle Nähte und Kanten sind sauber. Wie bei echtem Leder üblich, ist der Gürtel anfangs sehr steif und braucht seine Zeit zum Eintragen. Da ich mit 1,73m nicht der Größte bin, zwickt er beim tiefen Beugen aktuell noch etwas zwischen Rippenbogen und Hüfte, was sich mit der Zeit aber legen sollte. Mein Fazit: Für Fortgeschrittene, die ihre Technik beherrschen, ist dieser Gürtel Gold wert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super, und mir gefällt es, einen spezialisierten Händler statt einen Großkonzern zu unterstützen. --- I mainly use this belt for squats, deadlifts, and RDLs, and I am absolutely convinced. Performance: The stability is outstanding; the support feels "like a wall". A concrete example: During my last squats (3 sets), I did the first set without the belt and managed 6 reps (RIR 0). Despite the pre-exhaustion, I was able to increase the following two sets with the belt to 7 reps each (RIR 0). My core remains significantly more stable, and the belt helps enormously in maintaining technique under load. Size & Service: According to the size chart, I was exactly between M and L and ordered M first – unfortunately, it was much too small (it barely fit into the first hole). However, the exchange for size L was absolutely uncomplicated, and customer support was excellent. Quality & Comfort: The workmanship is top-notch; all stitching and edges are clean. As is common with real leather, the belt is very stiff at first and needs time to break in. Since I'm not the tallest at 1.73m, it currently pinches a bit between my rib cage and hips when squatting deep, but that should settle over time. My Conclusion: For intermediate/advanced lifters who have mastered their technique, this belt is worth its weight in gold. The price-performance ratio is great, and I like supporting a specialized retailer instead of a large overseas corporation.
