Perfect for overloading safely I purchased this ballista has I already had the Thor one but wanted a little more resistance. The Odin Ballista is perfect, I can safely add 10% to my raw max lift for reps which is ideal for overloading and creating a new stimulus to the muscles. Perfect

Superb I was pessimistic about this, but I was wrong. Confidence added in those big lifts and seen 10% increase in 1 rep max. I also really enjoy it for dips ensuing you get nice stretch at the bottom and can fatigue them.

Ich finde das Teil hervorragend! Mit meinem 1RM trainiere ich ein 3x5 ohne mir ins Hemd zu machen. Von der Größe her ist es für mein Empfinden eher knapp. Mit Brust ca. 130cm, Arme knapp 50cm, kriege ich es nicht ganz über die Ellenbogen gezogen. So ein 2XL wäre wahrscheinlich perfekt. Und was machen die richtig großen Leute die so etwas haben wollen?

I could bench more than 20kg, first time using it :) definitely worth the buy. But it costs a lot of course, it’s worth it. In my opinion, it’s so much better, then mark bells Slingshot tho.

Super verarbeitet, ich habe die Größe „L“ gewählt da is vom Bizeps genau in der Mitte des angegeben Bereichs lag. Fällt aber scheinbar kleiner aus oder mein Arm ist doch dicker. Ich tausche gegen XL um und mag die Strenggtshop Jungs

Brilliant I bought the Odin Ballista as I am currently on a peaking program, and wanted to get used to the weight of my predicted new 1RM in my hands. Having originally purchased a medium, I was gutted that I could fit past my forearm, so I returned it from an exchange. Lewis and Dee from the customer service team kept me updated with the returns process, and I promptly had my large Ballista back. With the aid of the Ballista I was able to get 15kg over my new predicted 1RM, and this was after 5 sets of 10 reps raw. Genuinely cannot hype this product enough.

I decided to buy a Ballista as an alternative to the Slingshot, since everything I had purchased up until this point from Strengthshop was amazing and surpassed my expectations.First few times I used it I got like 10KG out of it, and then the numbers in my Raw- aswell as Ballista Bench went up as well as the amount I could get out of it. Nowadays I overload my bench with 20-30KG with the Ballista. I have a whole day dedicated to benching with it, and it just overloads the hell of out of my triceps and saves my chest and shoulders at the same time.t's an bsolutely amazing training tool to have in your arsenal. Definitely buy it if you want your bench to improve or even just to add some variety into your training.
