Ein wichtiger Bestandteil davon ist ein Singlet, in dem du dich wohlfühlst.

IPF zertifiziert: Qualität auf Wettkampfniveau

Der Material-Mix aus Nylon und Spandex sorgt dafür, dass das Singlet sich deinen Körperformen anpasst und mit einer Materialdichte von 330GSM kannst du dich auf ein super angenehmes Tragegefühl freuen. Nylon ist bekannt für seine Strapazierfähigkeit, Langlebigkeit und schnelle Trocknung, während der Spandex dehnbar und flexibel ist. Dieses Mischgewebe ist also ideal geeignet für anspruchsvolle Sportbekleidung. 

Außerdem bietet die Oberfläche auch deutlich weniger Haftgrund für Kreide und die kurz gehaltene Beinlänge reduziert die mögliche Reibungsfläche zwischen Stoff und Hantel beim Kreuzheben. Zusätzlich sind an den Beinbündchen innen noch Silikonbündchen vorhanden, damit das Hosenbein an der gewünschten Stelle bleibt und es kein nerviges Verrutschen mehr gibt. Der neutrale Unisex-Cut ist eine gute Basis für alle.

➲ Zugelassen für IPF Wettkämpfe kann dieses Trikot, aber auch für andere Wettkampfsportarten getragen werden, z. B. Olympisches Gewichtheben oder auch im Strong(wo)man-Sport.

Brauche ich beim Kraftdreikampf ein Singlet?

Du hast hart trainiert und jetzt steht der erste Wettkampf an, dann stellt du dir sicher die Frage, ob du ein Singlet brauchst. Klassischerweise trägt man beim Kraftsport-Wettkämpfen spezielle Wettkampfbekleidung und diese ist z. T. auch vorgeschrieben, also ein muss. Wenn du z. B. einen Wettkampf unter dem IPF Verband anstrebst, bist du mit diesem Singlet auf der sicheren Seite. Wenn du keine Wettkämpfe anstrebst, ist es eher eine Geschmacksfrage als ein Muss.

Ich mache olympisches Gewichtheben, kann ich dieses Singlet auch bei solchen Wettkämpfen tragen?

Du kannst dieses Singlet auch sorgenfrei auf Gewichthebe-Wettkämpfen tragen, es entspricht den Anforderungen der International Weightlifting Federation.

Sind die Singlets blickdicht?

Trotz der Elastizität ist das Material ein dicht gewebter Stoff mit einer hohen Materialdichte/Grammatur, ähnlich einer durchschnittlichen Stoffhose, der nicht preisgibt, was du drunter trägst – also ganz klares, ja, Squat-Proof.

Singlet fits nice, only wish the thighs were looser. It was a tight squeeze for the thighs so maybe could have sized up but not sure if thigh holes would have been any bigger.

Great singlet if you are looking for an inexpensive option. I am 5'9", 90-93kg, and use a large singlet. It fits very comfortably/snug, with enough room for the endowment of my fellow male lifters, something often complained about in the similarly priced Inzer singlet. If you don't want to shell out $70+ for a top of the line Titan singlet, this is similarly comfortable singlet. I would recommend this to anyone getting into powerlifting for the first time, anyone in need of a singlet quickly as shipping was very fast, or anybody who wants a good training singlet.
